I’ve only just had an offer accepted on a property but initial feelings on Redbrik are very good. All calls and call backs responded to quickly along with emails. Any updates I needed responded to and all with clear dialect. Staff seem very friendly willing to help and have been excellent so far with advising me through the things I need to get me through the initial stages of purchase. Many thanks so far Redbrik .

We’ve had such an exceptional experience with Redbrik from start to finish and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jen Hitchman was brilliant at the very beginning of our journey, she valued our home with confidence, really believed in it and gave us the reassurance we needed to get started. That initial support meant a lot and set the tone for everything that followed.

Louise Jones then went above and beyond throughout the sales process. We were in a long and complex chain with delays, a slow solicitor at the bottom, and some unresponsive agents along the way but Louise was absolutely brilliant & kept things moving. She was proactive, organised, and consistently chasing, coordinating, and pushing things forward when it felt like nothing was happening.

What really stood out was her calm, reassuring approach. During some very stressful moments, being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone so friendly, steady, and genuinely invested made all the difference. I truly don’t think our exchange would have happened without her.

We dealt with a number of estate agents during this process, and Redbrik stood out as exceptional by a long way.

I've received fast, efficient and reliable sevice from Redbrick and Olivia Montabaranom Asset Manager.

Redbrik - specifically our management team Eve and Olivia - have been really helpful and much more responsive than other lettings companies we’ve been with in Sheffield. Unfortunately our flat is under a separate building management company that are painfully slow, even in some quite emergency situations (flooding, lack of heating in winter, etc.) and they have chased them up for us, kept us informed with updates and helped coordinate plumbers and electricians as quickly as possible when we weren’t getting a response from the building management. Hopefully this very good level of service continues for the foreseeable.

As we were selling my late cousins property it was a complicated transaction. Initially Hannah had to work very hard as the property had a complicated title with a few issues to resolve before marketing could commence. In a difficult market we eventually had an acceptable offer but then Andrew had to work very hard to resolve a issues and delays at the bottom of the chain but eventually we got over the line.

Throughout my house sale, Katie, my Sales Managerer at Redbrik Chesterfield has been great. She's kept in touch and offered her advice. She's been innovative and responsive to my requests and suggestions. She made me feel as though I was her only client!!! I've been quite anxious throughout the sale as I was taking a major step on my own. Katie has reassured me and has always explained things thoroughly. Thanks Katie for all your help. I do also want to mention the fact that Redbrik staff have attended all the viewings so I didnt have to. It's been Joanna and Carmel in the main. Their personal input and continued care in their role has been excellent. The staff in the office have always been helpful too, answering my questions and passing on my messages etc.. To conclude I feel I certainly made the right decision when I chose to sell my home through Redbrik, Chesterfield.
