J'ai acheté une télécommande universelle pour clim en juillet 2025, et bien renseigné le modÚle de clim.
J'ai pris la version deluxe. La télécommande est superbe. Dommage qu'elle ne fonctionne pas (tout sâallume mais ça ne contrÃŽle pas la Clim).
AprÚs 4 relances, la derniÚre aujourd'hui, je suis dans l'obligation de prévenir les clients de cette société que le customer service fini par marcher que quand on sâaccroche un peu. Ils répondent certe à tous les messages - un bon point. Faut juste relancer.
Voici leur derniÚre réponse fin septembre 2025:

Je suis trÚs satisfait de ma commande chez Remote Control World. Tout sâest trÚs bien passé. Merci à eux pour leur sérieux.
I ordered a âSAMSUNG AK59-00167A compatible remote controlâ from Remote Control World for my Samsung BD-F6500/ZF Blu-ray player. Their website clearly states that this remote is dedicated to the listed models and that âno setup, no pairing needed, just insert batteries and it worksâ. In my case, the remote does not work with my device at all, even with new batteries and after following all the basic tests they asked me to do.
I contacted their customer service several times. They kept suggesting more troubleshooting and finally promised to send me a code and instructions to reprogram the remote via USB. I agreed to that solution, but after my last email on 9 June 2026 they simply stopped responding and never sent the promised instructions. Since then I have been ignored and my problem remains unresolved.
At this point I no longer want a replacement and will buy a working remote from another provider. What bothers me is not only the small amount of money, but the fact that a company in the EU advertises âno setup, just worksâ while delivering a product that does not work as described and then fails to provide a proper solution or even answer.
Based on my experience, the product description was misleading and the after-sales support has been very disappointing.
