Nagyon elnézést kérünk a rendelésével okozott kellemetlenségért.
Sajnos a megrendelt távirányító váratlanul elfogyott, és elnézést kérünk, hogy a késedelemmel kapcsolatos kommunikáció nem volt gyorsabb.
A befizetését már visszatérítettük. Alternatív megoldással is felvettük Önnel a kapcsolatot, és felajánlottuk, hogy ingyenesen küldünk Önnek egy kompatibilis távirányítót, ha ez hasznos lenne.
Mindig igyekszünk a lehető legjobb megoldást megtalálni ügyfeleink számára, és sajnáljuk, hogy a tapasztalata nem felelt meg az elvárásainak.

SCAM ! empty proof of delivery
SCAM! catastrophic order follow up, after my package did not get delivered and I requested a follow up to their customer service, I then received a email telling me that everything was good on their side with an attachment to prove the delivery, the attachment is an empty document with no address and proof od delivery, and no updates since, SCAM!

As soon as you contacted us regarding the missing delivery, we immediately filed a claim with the carrier. The carrier subsequently provided a delivery confirmation, which we forwarded to you. Since then (from June 22), we had not received any response or follow-up from you, and we assumed that the delivery had been completed successfully. We only became aware of the issue through your review.
Please be assured that every customer is important to us, and we take all delivery issues seriously. We will continue to dispute the matter with the carrier and work to resolve it. Télécommande non fonctionnel envoyé en Mai. J’ai eu quelques échanges avec le service client, et plus rien depuis le 21/05. Ce site est juste une grosse arnaque. Surtout n’achetez rien là bas.
La réponse à mon commentaire par RCW est fausse. J'ai répondu immédiatement le 21/05 à leur question en fournissant mes modèles de TV et décodeur :
Modèle téléviseur Samsung : UE49KU6670UXZF
Modèle décodeur Orange : DTIW385
Depuis, j'ai effectué 3 relances restées sans réponse. Puisqu'ici RCW semble lire les messages, je vous laisse transmettre à votre service client pour qu'il me réponde enfin.
Je reprends une nouvelle fois contact ici puisque je n'ai plus aucune réponse. Vous avez prétendu me rembourser début Aout en me demandant de supprimer mon commentaire. Jusqu'ici toujours rien malgré 3 relances par mail. Je ne supprimerai donc pas mon commentaire.

Slecht ALIE EXPRESS naald niet zelfde als op website
Naald besteld met cartrigde voor Auna platen speler wat heel specifiek is. Op website stond een naald st05 met metale naald met metale naald verbinding en juiste aansluiting. Ik ontving een plastic wat niet past. Ernaast vroegen ze 9 pond voor iets wat je voor 1 euro op Alieexpress koopt. PLus verzend kosten. voel me werkelijk opgelicht. gelukkig via Paypall dus kreeg mijn geld terug. De klantenservice online werkte niet en moest emailen.

Het spijt ons te horen dat u een verkeerde naald heeft ontvangen. Het lijkt erop dat er bij onze expeditie een vergissing is gemaakt en een ander exemplaar is verzonden dan vermeld op onze website.
We willen graag benadrukken dat het niet klopt dat u al een terugbetaling heeft ontvangen; de situatie wordt momenteel nog door PayPal gecontroleerd. Ook is het niet juist dat wij geen contact met u hebben gezocht — tot op heden hebben wij geen enkele e-mail van u ontvangen.
Natuurlijk zijn we bereid dit probleem volledig naar uw tevredenheid op te lossen. We hebben u een e-mail gestuurd naar het adres dat bij uw bestelling staat vermeld met mogelijke oplossingen. We hopen snel uw reactie te ontvangen, zodat we dit kunnen afronden en u de juiste naald kunt ontvangen.

I had a great experience with Remote Control World
I purchased a replacement remote control for my Panasonic air conditioner. At first, I thought the remote was defective because it powered on, but the air conditioner did not respond. I contacted customer support, and they replied very quickly with detailed troubleshooting instructions, including a useful tip on how to check the infrared signal using a smartphone camera.
In the end, the problem was not the remote at all—it turned out I was using old batteries. After replacing them with brand-new ones, the remote worked perfectly right out of the box, exactly as advertised.
The remote is fully compatible with my Panasonic CS-G125KE unit, and the customer service was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

I purchased the remote control needed…
I purchased the remote control needed to replace my older one. The model they recommended for my A/C. paid for 2 days delivery, arrived, but remote not connecting to the machine. I asked for help on the live support. the first option and only option is to send them back the remote. I can afterwards buy a new one if I want... the shipping is more than the remote and if next does not work I can do this again... obviously shipping costs are on the client... not even bothered to send it back. Be careful with this not very helpful website....

They promised a DAIKIN compatible remote control. I have chosen my product on the website based on a description and a picture. They have changed my order to a different remote without telling me. This other remote is not fully compatible with my choice.

Pour faire suite aux deux avis défavorables, évoquant le suivi d’une commande, j’ai eu l'agréable surprise d’etre consulté par: Ondřej Krejčí
Représentant Senior du Service Client, qui pris en charge ma demande afin de la solutionner rapidement. Cette personne m’a apporté entiere satisfaction en deux semaines !! et je tiens a lui exprimer mes plus vifs remerciements pour sa réactivité, et son engagement pour solutionner mon problème.
A cet effet, je retire de mon propre gré les commentaires mis en ligne a deux reprises.
