Køb ikke herfra! Samme oplevelse som mange. Bestilte et kamera den 1. december, i januar efter jul var der stadig intet kommet. Blev forklaret noget med toldproblemer og dhl problemer, men der var aldrig noget tracking nummer. Fik pengene tilbage via eurocard.

De blev ved at forhale tiden, men kunne aldrig give noget konkret information, eller svare på spørgsmål. 9 dage efter betaling, stadig intet hørt fra DHL. Måtte lave en indsigelse til banken, og fik heldigvis pengene retur.
Hold jer langt væk herfra. Kæmpe svindelfirma.

Camera besteld bij Rhino camera voor €2499. Levering zou tussen 3-5 werkdagen zijn. Ben me ervan bewust dat het niet voor niets goedkoper is dus dat de levering ondanks dat zij dat zeggen langer zou duren. Inmiddels ben ik zo’n 5 weken aan het wachten, krijg geen track & tracé en mijn e-mails worden ook niet meer beantwoord. Heb met creditcard betaald gelukkig dus ga mijn geld terug halen. Wel jammer dat het zo moet en dat ze negeren en liegen. Wees voorzichtig met dit bedrijf want je word opgelicht.

In september 2021 een Sony camera besteld. De dag na bestelling al de verzendbevestiging binnen. De levering duurde daarna iets langer dan verwacht doordat het met DHL Economy “break bulk” service wordt verzonden. Hierdoor duurde het ongeveer een week.
Verder is alle geweldig verlopen
Bought an expensive lens for 2500 euros. They never delivered because it got lost by DHL… it took them three weeks to confirm it was lost. Than it took more than two months to return my money. I recommend not buying here!!! Yes they are a little cheaper but its not worth the troubles you can get yourself into…. It was a nightmare.. countless sleepless night….

Ez egy undorító, mocskos cég.
A megrendeléstől és a fizetéstől számítva 32 nap múltán kaptam meg az árút, kb. 15 e-mailt írtam nekik addig, pedig 3-5 napot ígértek. Soha többé nem fogok tőlük rendelni, remélem tönkre mennek.
SENKI NE RENDELJEN ettől a cégtől.
Heteken át csak hitegettek. A csomagban semmilyen számla nem szerepelt, semmilyen garanciát nem tudnék érvényesíteni, ha esetleg kellene. Az árújukat valószínűleg szürke importból szerzik be.
Ha jót akartok magatoknak, ÓVAKODJATOK ettől a cégtől.

PLEASE READ!! For rhino sweden... this is my story and experience with them...... I spent a whole year saving for a a new sony camera. The prices on black friday november 25th 2021 were very competitive and google said the website was legit (and it is)... the website said it would take a week (between 3 to 5 working days) so i ordered it despite reading a few dodgy reviews about late shipments. they dont give you a tracking number because they send bulk shipments at DHL's cheapest rate (so last in priority for DHL services) After a week i did not arrived so i contacted the chat (credit where credit is due, the chat is very quick to respond) there are a few people working the chat and they are to an extend nice but the info they give is always very vague.. they told me there was delay due to covid and it would take another 3 days.... after those three days they said it was stuck in france and that i should talk to the email division.. more days pass.. the email division said dhl lost the package so they can send it again.. more days pass... At this point i had one week before leaving sweden for work and asked if they guaranteed that it would arrive before my flight out on the 17th of december, both email and chat said it would.. so i asked for a new one to be sent (no offering of any type of compensation for time lost etc.. i asked if it could be sent through express and they denied saying they dont offer it).. they sent it again and the following week it was (to no surprised) delayed again... so it would not arrive before my flight out, i asked them to change the name so a friend was eligable to pick it up while i was gone... another week went by.. i asked if it would arrive before christmas (being more than a month after ordering it... they said it would.. it did not.. and they said it would be delayed till after new years so i asked to cancel and get a refund.. they did saying the money would arrive in 3-4 banking days.. it did not... finally the money was returned 31st of december... by far the worst experience ive had... it was the biggest purchase i have ever personally done and it was very frustrating to be constantly told something that was not true.. avoid the hassle... dont buy from them.. ALSO they will probably write back to this message saying that what im writing about is just damaging their businees and an intent to ruin their reputation (ive seen them write this to other reviews similar to mine) im just writing about my experience... please use a proper shop for the big item products like camera bodies and expensive lenses.. its not worth the stress... unless you dont mind waiting more than a month... the only reason i give 2 stars and not just one is because the chat and email was always very fast to respond. Update: now Rhinocamera is starting to send me emails basically telling me to take the review down, since I haven’t they recently sent me one saying they will send my case to the legal department and be requesting a “refund chargeback while the legal action continue” so they want to take my own hard money back supposedly even though they haven’t delivered on a product and everything I’ve done was according to their very own trust and agreement note.. very unprofessional company

Jeg har modtaget et tydeligvis brugt produkt fra Rhinocamera. Emballagen har været åbnet - mange gange - og er generelt i i en skidt forfatning. Og nej, det er ikke transporten for den papkasse, som den lå i havde ingen mærker. Derudover er der æseløre i manualen.

Bestelling gedaan, maar levering duurde eindeloos. Bestelling vervolgens geannuleerd. Duurde anderhalve maand en vele mails om geld retour te krijgen.
Voor mij geen bestelling meer bij Rhinocamera.

I have only given rhinocamera.es one star because this platform will not allow zero stars for a review, which is what they actually deserve in my opinion for what was the worst online shopping experience I can ever remember.
I ordered a Sigma 135mm F1.8 DG HSM ART lens and paid 1,149 euros on November 28 from their website for delivery to an address in Spain. The rhinocamera.es order number was 810689. The quoted delivery time was 4 to 5 days, and as this is an .es website I assumed the company operated from Spain.
After more than a week had passed without any delivery from rhinocamera.es, or a tracking number to check, I contacted the company by email to enquire when the order might be delivered. The response advised deliveries in Spain were delayed by a day or two due to Covid, and I would receive the parcel within the next two working days.
After the revised delivery date had passed without receiving anything, I contacted rhinocamera.es again and requested the courier’s tracking reference. They told me that the order had been delayed but they could not provide the tracking reference as the parcel was sent with other orders, and this information contained other customer’s personal information. Becoming suspicious at this point, I searched online and found several reviews from other customers complaining of similar problems and decided to cancel the order and purchase the item elsewhere as we had already postponed the job it was purchased for once that needed to be completed before Christmas.
After ignoring the first two emails cancelling the order, the company advised me they would “block the delivery” and refund the purchase price. I enquired when I would receive a refund, to which they advised would take 5-7 days. It has now been eight days since they claim the refund was processed on December 15 and there is still no sign of any refund on my card account. I therefore reported the problem to the card issuer, as several other customers appear to have done to obtain recompense.
Although the website has a Spanish website domain, and the company informed me they ship orders from the Netherlands, the credit card charge was made from by Primary Holdings in Gibraltar which is outside the EU. The order confirmation makes no reference to any IVA/VAT element which is normally payable in Spain on photography equipment.
There are comments from the company on other recent online reviews attempting to dismiss the complaints as fake and/or maliciously posted by a competitor. This is a bona-fide review of my first-hand experience with rhinocamera.es in relation to their order number 810689 and I am willing to share the transaction confirmation and subsequent email exchange which I will be copying to both the Sigma Corporation and the Spanish tax authorities with anyone who wishes to contact me.
There are many other companies selling photography equipment online who deliver orders on time and treat their customers properly. In future I will ensure I support one of these instead of this outfit.

Shortly after posting this review, I received the diatribe below from Miguel G. who apparently believes he is entitled to “recall the refund”, (which I have not received) for the goods they never delivered, in retaliation for posting a factual review of his business practices.
After reading many similar reviews, which also complain of goods not being delivered and difficulties obtaining refunds, I dread to think what would have happened if they had actually delivered the lens and there was any kind of technical problem with it!
“Caveat emptor”....

Die negativen Bewertungen, die von RhinoCamera z.T. scharf attackiert werden, treffen meine eigenen Erfahrungen im Kern.
Bei meiner Bestellung handelte es sich um eine teure Olympus Kamera. Wenige Stunden nach der Bezahlung kam die Bestätigung, die Ware sei an „Lagerung, Bearbeitung und Versand übermittelt und wird innerhalb der nächsten 24 Stunden abgeholt“. Das sah zunächst wie ein normaler Interneteinkauf aus.
Drei Wochen lang trug ich die Sorge mit mir herum, ob ich die Kamera erhalten werde oder ob gar das Geld in den Sand gesetzt ist. In meinem Leichtsinn hatte ich „Sofortüberweisung“ gewählt.
Nach vielen Emails, deren Beantwortung von Seiten RhinoCamera mir immer schwammig, unpräzise oder gar falsch vorkamen, wurde die Kamera endlich nach 15 Arbeitstagen im Eiltempo geliefert. Auch das fand ich seltsam. Nach so langem Warten auf einmal per Luftfracht mit mehreren Zwischenstopps in Westeuropa und mit dem Kurierdienst noch am Abend halb Sechs zu mir!
Die Kamera selbst ist allem Anschein nach wirklich neu und in einem Kit- Originalkarton verpackt gewesen (die Anzeichen sehr ostasiatisch), allerdings geöffnet, weil das Objektiv herausgenommen wurde, was nicht zum Lieferumfang gehörte. Kein Lieferschein, keine Rechnung! Nur eine ausschließlich chinesische Bedienungsanleitung inliegend. Und mit der Garantiekarte ist nichts anzufangen, da die Kamera nicht auf offiziellem Weg über einen von der OM Digital Solutions autorisierten Händler in den EWR gelangt ist. Diese Behauptung wage ich, weil dergleichen Vorgehensweise gewisser Händler auf der Olympus-Webseite sehr genau beschrieben und zutreffend ist. Andernfalls hätte man mir problemlos eine Rechnung übergeben können.
Ob die von RhinoCamera angebotene Alternativ-Garantie vertrauenswürdig ist und ob auf diesem Wege eine fachgerechte Reparatur zustande käme, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Aber ich werde vorsichtig sein.
Auf wiederholte Nachfrage habe nun eine „Rechnung“ erhalten: Es ist eine Email, wie ich sie mit etwas Geschick auch selbst anfertigen könnte; sie enthält weder Steuerinformationen noch Herkunftsland.

Bestilte et kamerahus 29/11 2021 - jeg har hverken modtaget kamerahus eller mine penge trods rigtig mange mails - og den ene undskyldning efter den anden om at DHL ikke ved hvor pakken er - og rest ordre kan ikke sendes på udsolgt - jeg bedt om at få min penge tilbage betalt - det drejer sig om næsten 6000 kr- men der sker intet

Extremely poor experience with this company. Cannot in good conscience recommend them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else with actual customer service and real products. Started dealing with fiasco on the 15 November. Got no tracking number or information on my order so got in touch on the 22 November - when the item should have already arrived theoretically, but it hadn't. Was met with some explanation about DHL having delays due to pandemic restrictions which I am not even sure are true but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I hear nothing and receive no package once again so I mesasge on 29 November. I get an apology for the delay but just vague information and nothing concrete about if and when I might receive this lens. I get a response in Dutch two days later which is a bit strange considering we have been conversing in English but no matter, I understand Dutch and still ask the same questions as I have not received any information. I wait a few more days again, nothing. I message on 3 December to ask for a tracking number. Now all of a sudden he responds saying the parcel is 'unable to be located' and he 'set a deadline of 12pm Monday to locate the parcel or they will block and claim the parcel and resend another parcel immediately but (I) can guarantee you that you will receive your parcel, either the existing package or a new package". It felt promising but I was getting a bit weary of all this suspicious back and forth. Thus I immediately responded "Hello M,
Where is the parcel being shipped from? I was under the impression that this was a Belgian company. I need the lens for a gig that I am doing. And I’m afraid I cannot keep going with this vagueness. Just wanted to say that I ordered this item on the 15 November. It is now 6 December. I think I have been very patient with you guys being vague about when it will arrive but I do need a more concrete answer today.

2) where the package has gone

If I do not receive this information by EOD today I will be filing a claim with my credit card company to cancel the order as I think I have been more than fair to wait since then. To which he simply says:"Hello, I will request this replacement is blocked for you if you do not want to wait."
Me:"Sorry I have waited almost a month and only keep getting vague dates of when it might arrive.
I needed the lens for a job I was doing that I had to cancel because it took so long.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
His response: Hello, Once this has been blocked the refund will take 2-3 banking days to show back on to the account you used to make the order."
Long story short - I have simply escalated this as fraud to my credit card company as this is just unacceptable behaviour. I waited over a month for nothing.
Edit as of 18 February 2022 - still no refund nor product. More threats of legal action. Ignore ask for address for legal service for my lawyers to serve them. Now reported to the police.

I ordered a product on the 23rd of November for 4000€. The delivery was supposed to happen within 5 days as of the details of the purchase. Today is the 14th of December and still I didn't receive any product. I reached out to Rhinocamera asking for informations several times and I just got the answer that it is not in their control because in the hands of DHL. I personally do not have any contract with DHL and Rhinocamera should take care of this and provide mw with the service that they declare on their website, even if this results in extra costs on their side. They should then, in case, get refunded from their insurance or from DHL if there was any mistake. The product is almost ONE MONTH late and I never receive any information about it. AVOID

Na 3 weken werd de bestelde Nikon camera bezorgd. Na eerst wat twijfel over de lengte van de bezorgtermijn, kwam de camera netjes verpakt aan. Gezien de gunstige prijs zeer het wachten waard.
Ware angeblich direkt verschickt, Stornierung nicht möglich - Bereitstellung einer Tracking-ID durch DHL aber auch nicht möglich. Nachtrag: Interessant, wie schnell Bewertungen hier als Fälschungen gemeldet werden, aber Kundenanfragen nicht ordentlich bearbeitet werden. Bestellnummer und Name können Trustpilot gerne bereitgestellt werden, aber nicht an Rhinocamera gegeben werden.

Levering van telelens is niet goed gegaan. Waarschijnlijk ligt het probleem bij DHL, maar Rhinocamera.nl is uiteindelijk verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling. Dit gaat zeer moeizaam. Ik ging er vanuit dat dit een Nederlands bedrijf was, maar blijkt in Duitsland te zijn. Weinig pro-actief in afhandeling. Na een review eindelijk weer reactie, maar die moest eerst verwijderd worden voordat mijn klacht werd behandeld. Voelt niet goed. Wel netjes bedrag teruggestort na 7 weken eindeloos communiceren. Goedkoop, maar zou naar lokale partij gaan volgende keer.

Correcte afhandeling van de bestelde producten. Eveneens snelle behandeling van vragen via de livechat. Hier bestel ik nog!
Onze oude 7D M2 camera ging tijdens de vakantie kapot. Na enig wikken en wegen kwam er een super aanbieding van een 6D voorbij wat ons over de streep hielp. Besteld betaald en geleverd alles nog tijdens de vakantie waardoor er nog mooie platen geschoten konden worden.
After buying the Canon Eos R it was only a bit less then two weeks untill it arrived in perfect condition. Packaging was neat and safe Ordering service was quick and easy with competitive prices.
The charger came with an adaptor for EU/Belgian plug. The product itself works as a charm very happy with my purchase so far! Could recommend.
