Robert Gatward Jewellers レビュー

As a very long term customer of Robert Gatward Windsor, a would to express my thanks and appreciation to Paul at the Rolex team for his ongoing professionalism, product knowledge and, as always, perfection in customer service.

Josh was amazing, a credit to your company.

Lee provides a truly professional and friendly service taking time to explain all aspects of the watch including sizing and adjustment thus making sure as a client I am 100% happy!

Leon and Gary have been great .... as an avid watch collector they are always keen to listen to the hobby insights - as well as make all the effort to get me the pieces I am keen on.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul at my Rolex appointment earlier this month to begin my Rolex journey, and I am delighted to have become a customer of Robert Gatward Jewellers. This was a great example of old school values where customer experience and satisfaction means everything, and it is clear they put the customer at the heart of what they do. Thank you Paul, and I look forward to my next acquisition!

Really pleased with the communication from this company. Marc was super helpful and responded quickly.
My purchase was excellent and I received it within 24 hours and it was beautifully packaged by Danielle.
Overall this was my first experience and I was super impressed

Lovely staff, beautiful jewellery and watches and brilliant service.

Where do I start? From the moment I first walked into RGJ Windsor looking for a 40th birthday present and an engagement ring, the entire team and the experience have been exceptional.

I’m reluctant to mention names in case I forget someone, but Cheryl, Paul, Leon and Dan have all been incredibly helpful and patient throughout. I’ve never felt chased for a sale or put under any pressure. They genuinely take the time to understand what you’re looking for and, more importantly, they’re people I enjoy spending time with.

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit a number of Rolex authorised dealers around the world, and RGJ Windsor is, without doubt, the best experience I’ve had. At some boutiques, I’ve been greeted with “nothing is available” before a hello, or struggled to get staff to give me the time of day.

RGJ Windsor is completely different. The level of service, knowledge, warmth, hospitality and personal attention is second to none. They’ve created an environment where you genuinely feel valued as a customer.

The RGJ team have built something truly special at Windsor, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a timepiece, jewellery or simply a first-class experience..

Always made to feel very welcome, very helpful and knowledgeable. Presented various options for my wife to consider and come away with another beautiful item which we love.
Thank you to the Gatward team.

Thanks so much for providing me with my timepiece, the service from Dan was excellent. Its nice to see in this changing world that customer service is tip top at Robert Gatward, I would have no hesitation in recommending to other people.

Ellen was extremely patient, knowledgeable and supportive during my purchase

From entering your store to the completion of service, the team has been most helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I cannot express enough how good the service at Robert Gatward has been, from the first visit enquiring about the watch I wanted to collecting one of my dream watches, it was incredible. Everyone there is so welcoming and massive thank you to Lee who I had the pleasure of speaking to, extremely happy. The service and the staff are amazing, recommend them highly.

Elegant shop
Friendly, attentive and professional staff offering a personal shopping experience. Highly recommend

Purchased a longines hydroconquest
Other jewelers were putting me on a waiting list for a 39mm grey bezel. These guy's had it shipped to me in 2 days. Fantastic

Josh was fantastic start to finish. Hope to visit again in the not too distant future - thank you!.

Duncan and the team always seem to deliver. It was our first wedding anniversary and Duncan was able to source a very special watch for my wife which I cannot thank him enough for getting. We both always feel its like meeting a family friend when we visit the store. Thank you again for such a wonderful afternoon.

Paul's professionalism, deep knowledge, and warmth completely restored our confidence in the Rolex brand. It is incredibly rare to find such genuine, high-caliber service, and he made us feel like a truly valued part of the Robert Gatward family.

I have been shopping here since 2018, and they have always looked after me exceptionally well.

A special mention to Blagica, my sales consultant. She has incredible knowledge of Rolex and many other watch brands, which makes every visit even more enjoyable for a watch enthusiast like me. She is kind, friendly and highly professional.

It was also a pleasure catching up with Leon and Paul, whom I have known for many years. Eden and Jeanene are always very welcoming and consistently provide excellent customer service.

The newly renovated boutique looks fantastic, with stylish furniture and a cool modern design. This is a very honest and trustworthy business that genuinely values and looks after its clients. Always a pleasure to visit!
Big thanks for the Windsor Team 🙏
