Robert Gatward Jewellers レビュー

The service in Abingdon is always excellent. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring you leave happy.

I recently visited Robert Gatwood Jewellers in Windsor to register my interest in purchasing a Rolex, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
From my very first visit, Leon was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to let me try on the watch I was interested in and explained the materials and craftsmanship in a way that was both informative and engaging. What really stood out, though, was how comfortable he made me feel, it didn’t feel like a formal sales interaction at all, but more like a genuine conversation with someone who truly enjoys what they do.

Not long after that initial visit, Leon reached out to let me know the watch was available. I returned with my wife and two children, and once again the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. It turned what could have been a simple purchase into a really special moment for our whole family. A particularly lovely touch was when Leon removed a link from the watch, he took the time to show my 6-year-old daughter how it was done, which she found fascinating.

A big thank you to Leon and the entire team at Robert Gatwood Jewellers for such a memorable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and a personal touch.

Ordered a watch online and the service was spot on. It was with me safely within 24 hours and the letter and personal touches are really good. Packing was gorgeous! Would highly recommend this shop!!

Great service very friendly and knowledgeable.

All members of staff have been really helpful when I have been in there with and without my partner on a number of occasions. My partner bought my engagement ring there and had a lot of help and advice from the staff and as a result I love a ring which I didn't even choose myself! Bianca was very helpful and knowledgeable when we went in to choose our wedding rings.

Leon and Dan consistently provide excellent service. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and professional, and have helped me source watches for important milestones. Every experience with RG Windsor has been smooth and enjoyable, which is why I would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Your Ipswich team are absolutely brilliant. What service they provide. Always helping you make the correct purchase.

A wonderful purchase with Leon. I am so happy met Leon there and got an amazing watch! We also have good conversations with Leon and Blagica, I can found it is a really nice team. I am looking forward to hearing from them about my interests soon and looking forward my next watch.

Pure perfection. Order of a beautiful watch packaged with care and personal touch.

Added to the pleasure of a classic retirement present

The team were really helpful and did everything they could to secure the watch I had wanted for a long time. They arranged for it to be shipped from the Windsor store and held it until I could come and view on the weekend. The team were also knowledgable and helpful in store. Great experience. Thank you.

The service was impeccable and I was served in comfort from a seat and table. The earrings I chose were a present and they were beautifully gift wrapped.

My Rolex was accidentally broken.
The staff were so helpful on the phone and in person and also friendly yet professional.
Could not fault the experience.
The watch was also repaired in under 4 weeks.
Would recommend to anyone.

Great people, great jewellers. Very happy with the watch i bought from Robert Gatward, price and service were excellent. Really well looked after by the staff from start to finish, made to feel like a valued customer. The Windsor store was excellent too, fantastic range to look at, from the brands they stock. So impressed i ordered another watch.

Thank you for looking after my mum and her partner. You made his 50th a very special and memorable day for them both. Top service, as always.

I ordered my new Tudor FXD GMT online and found the process really easy. I called the morning after as I had some questions and received really helpful guidance. The day after my new watch arrived and I’m thrilled. I would recommend Robert Gatward Jewellers as my experience has been extremely positive

I knew what I wanted and this watch is exactly what I wanted. The price was good. The service was exceptional. My parcel was protected very well. It arrived when I was told it would and in pristine condition. Thank you very much Robert Gatward.

Rolex representative in Windsor store was extremely kind and helpful in listening to my interest, and was able to accommodate my needs. With this level of service, I decided to switch to RG for my future watch purchases. Recommended to all.

From my initial enquiry right through to collecting the watch, the entire experience was outstanding. The team were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful at every stage. Communication was clear, everything was handled smoothly, and I felt completely confident throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
