This was my first time using Robert Gatward Jewellers. I ordered a watch online, I was a little apprehensive as it was an expensive item. I rang the store and was given reassurance and the item was dispatched the same day and arrived within less than 24hours by recorded delivery and with a full tracking service The watch is perfect and I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use them in the future

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a warm smile makes buying a watch from them a great experience with the professional staff the knowledge and professionalism they take time to explain every aspect of the watch you are buying, would highly recommend them to my family and friends keep up with the good work and hopefully seen you soon

Would absolutely recommend Robert Gatward. They had a watch in stock that I had been trying to find and purchase for some time, a display model and well priced. They responded to my questions same day. On ordering, the watch arrived next day brilliantly packaged and exactly as described.

Felt like I mattered, during the purchase my daughters were included and made part of the personalization.

Sharon looked after us and I was looking to buy some Diamond Earrings for my wife. Extremely happy with the service we received and I didn't feel forced into anything, well not by your staff ;-).

Sharon also answered all of our questions.

I called her later as my wife couldn't make her mind up and she put them aside. When I picked them up she kindly gift wrapped them for me, again not rushed out of the store. Felt a valued customer.

Helpful and professional staff. Nice surroundings. They opened on a Sunday to facilitate customers at the busiest time of year. I will use them again.

I waited almost 8 months for my ring to be made . The first ring they gave me was not what I ordered ( a solitaire with small stones on each side down the band ) I ordered a three stone with small stones down the band . I so they had to remake it . I had given them sentimental diamonds , bar one that they supplied . Then had to wait until after Christmas and end of January 2025 , as the workshop closed. Once I got it , it was catching on everything , so we took it back .My husband would not let me back to the store as I was quite unhappy. When he went to collect it they all TESTED it etc . However it is still the same as before, it is sharpish and catches on everything , still . But here is the biggest gripe I have , Laura said that they had decided that I could not ever take it back . Considering I had only taken it back that once and I had waited for such a long period , I find it an insult. My husband will be upset that I have written this review. But I feel that we were treated with disrespect as I was not rude to them . The only thing I felt was they took the sparkle out of my engagement ring with their attitude. I would NOT recommend them . I guarantee I would not be complaining if this was not valid . Lesley L

The ladies in store were not just helpful but welcoming,
attentive and kind.

Kya (Abingdon store) was so helpful. I visited briefly on one occasion to discuss what I was looking for.
She then arranged for 6 rings I was interested in seeing being available for me to try on during an appointment. She was exceedingly patient and helped me make a decision and I have now purchased the most beautiful diamond trilogy ring which I am truly delighted with

I was looking to purchase a quality watch and had seen the watch I wanted on there web site I had concerns with the wrist size and the delivery. I contacted the Windsor dealership and spoke to the assistant all my concerns were dealt with and was helped with placing my order . I received my watch three days later it was delivered along with the tracking information. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Windsor store.

A friendly and professional service where I was listened to and everything was done to find the perfect item for me. Also incredibly understanding of the sentimental importance of my jewellery and I walked away confident it would be treated with the utmost care.
