DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I order a gold plated sovereign ring Size R. What I got was a poor quality, wrong size ring that looked plastic and tacky. I’ve emailed the company demanding a refund and a yet to hear back. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

What made me experience so good was that my emails dont come through and I was a bit worried I wouldn’t be able to track or even get my parcel but once I contacted them they were super helpful and helped me in all the ways there very polite and respectful definitely would order again

Very very poor at communicating they just ignore emails and messages, take as long as they want to post it out there bracelets clearly state anti tarnish mine was tarnished after a week of minimal wear didnt wear it in the shower or to sleep looked after it but its basically silver now can get the same thing of temu for 99p

Bought this for my daughter as a gift. She’s worn it for 2 weeks and her wrist has gone green-not happy. Bought it In the sale for £65. I will definitely not be recommending anyone to buy.

Great service all round, I ordered my son a bracelet which when it arrived it was too big and that was the smallest size they did so I messaged to return and they offered to custom make the bracelet to the size I wanted! All that was perfect but my son has nos outgrown the bracelet so I messaged to see if they sold extenders which they responded they would make the bracelet bigger free of charge I just needed to send it back to them which they then posted back to me signed for extended for free within a week, very happy with the service and item

I brought a clown and chain from here and was really happy . It’s a gift for my granddaughter and she’s going to love it . Dispatched quickly but unfortunately carrier took a little longer than expected due date . But was worth the wait . Definitely buy from here again .
