I have even received any item ???

Ordered my bracelet on Friday, checked their website. It was undergoing maintenance.

I messaged the Facebook team as I was a little worried, to be fair. It had only been 2 days and I only paid for standard delivery.

But when the website was undergoing maintenance I was a little worried.

I messaged the team anyway and they sent me all the relative tracking and everything within 20 minutes of messaging. Great customer service I must say.

I have received my bracelet today within the time stated and the bracelet is top quality 👍🏼

I will definitely be ordering again!!

I ordered once and the bracelet fit perfect to the size on the website such great price i ordered it for my birthday but had to have it early so I ordered another diamond belcher and necklace a bigger one and I’m shook the detail In them are just incredible definitely ordering again 100 percent love this jewellery x

Received my parcel today.

Unfortunately my parcel was late.

I bought a pink diamond Belcher chain in the sale and a kids saddle ring.

Great price and look really good quality. I got 10% off too which was a bonus so I can’t really complain.

I was told 2 days arrival date, however Scott dispatched the item 5 days later as he confirmed to me that he did.
Once he did this he promised me 2 days period of arrival, however after 2 days I contacted him to ask what is going on as I never received it and he was very rude and arrogant.
The tracking number he gave me was incorrect, he said the parcel company is a sign and collect service yet I didn’t sign for the parcel and haven’t received it.
I expressed my frustration to him
And he was very rude and unhelpful.
Seemed very full of himself that he’ll survive as he has ‘customers’
I just wanted to make it clear this is a appalling system and appalling attitude and to buy from someone who would respect and honour your concerns.

I bought 2 kids Patterned Belcher sets for my kids a couple of weeks ago. These are really good quality and have a bit of weight to them which is really good.

I would definitely recommend!

I’m bought a saddle ring and chain and honestly couldn’t fault the product wasn’t cheap or tacky looking , isn’t wear off , honest I’d recommend to everyone I know he is cheap , reliable and good quality jewellery and does amazing give aways and does a wide range if stuff from kids to adults - will buy again

The first time, I ordered. I received the wrong size.

Funny enough, my partner wanted the exact bracelet I ordered and it fit him perfectly.

I messaged Scott’s jewellery’s Facebook account regarding this matter. They sent me another bracelet out of the correct size and told me that I can keep the other bracelet free of charge!

The quality is really good and we were chuffed we got a £70 bracelet for free.

We have since placed a few orders and they have always been perfect and Scotts jewellery has always treated us with excellent customer service.

We love the weekly free giveaways too!
