Our history

Good service received
The engineer was so good with my mum who suffers with Alzheimer’s. I had telephoned to book a more specific time, even though he arrived an hour earlier, I was grateful for his empathy shown before I managed to get there.

Impressive service.
The engineer arrived on time, and was friendly, communicative, and carried out the inspection quickly and thoroughly. He clearly knew what he was doing and what he was looking for. We were impressed by the service.

We were given a proper explanation on…Good communications
We were given a proper explanation on the new system by a very efficient engineer, who also replaved our 5 or 6 yr old battery which could not handle a power cut

Alarm service competently undertaken
Able to see when engineer was due with link to Secom tracker. Service engineer competent and courteous. Age of back-up battery checked and new battery fitted. Have given a 4 star review in light of contract price increase.

The engineer carries out his inspection diligently and replaced batteries and ordered an outside alarm which was found to be not working.
