ProActive have a number of quality members of staff that are ready to help and respond quickly to questions. I am pleased with the insurance and am looking forward to the self-build.

The phone was answered very quickly (even in these strange times) and did not go to voicemail, which was refreshing, unlike other companies that I phoned, (who never returned my calls)

Original quote was referred then cleared. As client contacted to take out cover from Saturday, the day after the original quote was done, the inception date had to be amended. This brought up another refer message so we could not take out cover till Monday when we called your office.
