Very helpful customer service contact


Very helpful customer service contact with good communication received.
4 star rating given as the most important aspect of insurance is how claims are dealt with, which is an unknown to a new customer.

Is anyone there?

We are an Insurance Broker and have been trying to contact them since Tuesday 4th August and depsite multiple e-mails sent across we have still not received any contact at all from them. This was all sent to info at proaktive.co.uk
