Made a visit to the stand in Kingsgate…

Made a visit to the stand in Kingsgate shopping centre today & was greeted by Earl who was brilliant in sorting everything out I wanted and explained everything clearly i found him very polite which is a rarity today patient,friendly and efficient excellent customer service would highly recommend a visit to Earl for any enquiries or issues you may have. Thank you Earl for all your help today

Increase in Monthly Charges for a Rubbish Service

Price increases from the 1st April 2026 for a substandard service. Sky are increasing payments by £6 a month which is over the course of the year equals out to over £70 on the yearly bill.

I’ve just rang them and they told me there’s nothing they can do until 1st April 2026 when the charges come in. I told them I can’t afford this bill and I wanted to cancel but I have to wait to do this.

My TV always freezes and Im getting blank white screens that have been widely documented on the Sky Forums as a Sky Fault and then they are charging me more for a shoddy service.
