Very positive and friendly service. The store manager, Emma, and the customer care employee, Ioanna, went the extra mile, not only to fix my problem, but to secure a better all-round deal on my broadband and mobile services. It is very reassuring to know that they are there to provide help. Highly recommended!

I recently visited the Sky store in Trinity Leeds to inquire about the Sky Glass Gen 2, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were assisted by Rick (with a beard), who was absolutely brilliant.
From the moment we started talking, Rick really took the time to understand our specific requirements. Not only did he help us with the new TV, but he also managed to put together an irresistible package deal that included our broadband.
Rick is a lovely guy—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional (and he sports a great beard!). He made the entire purchase procedure so seamless and stress-free that we walked out of the store as very happy customers with our new TV confirmed.
If you’re heading to Trinity Leeds for your Sky needs, definitely ask for Rick. Thank you for the top-tier service!

Visited the Leeds store today after problems with my new phone and sim. After numerous calls with the online help and phone teams to no avail I came to the store for help and was warmly greeted by Jay and Ioana who immediately asked how they could help. They were both super friendly and helpful, jay managed to sort my problem swiftly and I’m really greatful to them and their professionalism

Called in today Kim helped me quick and efficient sorted me out and got me exactly what I wanted.

We popped into the store on the 9th of Feb to price up how much a package was for our new flat and we were sat with Kim and she explained everything to us and told us what the best deal were and we decided to go with a sky glass and the best package with broadband too couldn’t be more happy with the experience I’ve had in any shop.
