Today I came to Shepherd’s Bush to arrange a broadband contract because I wanted to cancel my contract with BT.
The person who helped me and convinced me to choose Sky was Harshil. He was extremely helpful and professional, and I really appreciate all the support he gave me.
Thanks to him, the whole process was much easier, and I left feeling confident in my decision. I would definitely come back here again.
Sky truly needs more employees like him — it’s rare to find someone so helpful and genuine.
The manager should definitely give him a bonus, because he knows how to attract and retain customers.

We got our TV packages by Sky showroom at Westfield, London. It was our first time and we were guided through the whole procedure by Mandeep, who told us about the best options to fit our needs and gave the best value pack!

Mofazzal was brilliant today. He clearly explained the package to me and made the whole process of purchasing WiFi and the tv package very easy!

An issue between Apple and Sky was tackled professionally and a solution generated
I had been struggling without access to all my data etc and feel delight at having the issues fixed

After checking uswitch I had some questions about skys broadband deal. So I came into store as I prefer to speak to someone. Joanna was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so quick and simple.

The Sales person Joanna was absolutely amazing on all levels with some of the best service I have experienced for years & years.

I worked for M&S for 30 years and prided myself on giving good service and know what that looks like and Joanna met & exceeded any expectations.

Even when she had to tell me I didn't meet some of the credit requirements on this occasion to be eligible to purchase a new handset, she did this with grace & the right level sympathy giving me many different options to how I could build up my credit score and still offered my a sim only plan with the same offering that would give me substantial savings with on what i am spending with EE.

Joanna is an absolute credit to your Westfield London store and Sky as a company and I could not commend here more for the fantastic experience I received today.
