An engineer has visited my Home Today.
His name is LEROY. He is so friendly, patient and smart. I had answers of all of my questions.

I have been waiting for my landline to be fixed for months. I am so glad that he was the one who visited today.

Sky put the phone down on me and we had no Sky at all during BAFTAs. Guess they have streaming problems.

27 years as a loyal customer (VIP) member, what a joke.
My subscription has increased by 10 percent and as a OAP i just can’t afford it anymore.
When I contacted Sky they couldn’t give a damn and just handed me over to the cancellation department which were equally unhelpful, I expected them to try and retain me but no.
If this review stops even one person from this greedy organisation I’ll be happy.

I walked into the Westfeild London store to talk about broadband deals and was met with incredibly customer service by Azmul and Harshil! They were very patient with me, with my many questions and explained everything single breaking down each product what the benefits are to me and what it would cost me and ultimately save me in the long run! 10/10 experience

Everything they loose your phone even tho your paying for it and when you want to send back a phone they csnt send you a temporary phone

We saw a chap called Noor. He was so kind and patient with an elderly lady. He was extremely helpful in explaining things. Highly recommended.

Joanna at the Sky store in Westfield was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to properly sort out my Sky TV and broadband package and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

I’ve never been into a Sky store before and honestly didn’t think I ever would — but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever use the phone service again.

I’m going back to get my phone sorted too. Highly recommend asking for Joanna if you’re visiting the store!

I rang to purchase a new data plan for both my phones?
9 minutes was completely WASTED by being pushed around by SKY’s useless software or AI chat system?
The SKY agent on the phone was BRILLIANT and very helpful but to get to her was a complete NIGHTMARE !!
Do something SKY !!

Great customer service from Shabaz popped into sky at Westfield sheperds bush solved my problem in 15 mins after having to spend 9 hours on phone calls to call centre all staff should be as accomplished as shabaz many thanks

I was served by a very nice young lady called Joanna. She was able to sort out my new contract for a mobile phone and iPad and she linked it all on MySky app. She was very professional very polite and very approachable.
