Super easy, very reasonable and really nice employees!

Love the service and is very convenient when traveling for a few days out of state thanks skypark for your service.

We have been using skypark everytime we travel. For the last 2 travels we had, we had some items missing from our car and when I called they said they have no idea. Be aware of your stuff in the car. They took my insulated coffee mug and my phone holder, small things but thinhs I need. We will never use them anymore and won't ecen recommend them to anyone we know!

Excellent service, I had my arriving flight at 11.50 at night. There was no hassle, my car was cleaned and pulled up in front of the office before I reach, and that is i did not even call in after getting out of flight.

Fast, efficient and friendly customer service. Shuttle was there as soon as I came out without calling. Drivers are also very friendly and welcoming.

My rear hatch was broken when I picked up my car. It was late and I did not have time or energy to talk to anyone—had just returned from a funeral. Will not park there again.

Great overall service and price point. Only complaint is that sometimes it takes way too long for them to pick you up at the airport to bring u to your car.

This was my first time using this off-airport parking. Their monthly rate saved me a significant amount of money. It was very convenient. Just drop off the car and take their shuttle to the airport (10 minutes away). Upon return, call. They pick you up, you pay and they bring you your car. I was very satisfied with my experience and will park here again. One note, they offer a car wash. Next time I’ll do that. My car windows were very dusty from the 3 1/2 weeks sitting outside.

I was very happy except it was not made clear where to catch the shuttle when I returned to SFO and needed to get my car. I finally found it but other than that--wonderful people!

Good service but my iPhone earbuds, which I had left visible in the side pocket, were stolen. I did remember to put my sunglasses in my glove compartment, fortunately.
