They gave us a wrong key to the car, and then argued that it’s not true...
Also, for 1hr and 16 min over, which 16 min we were arguing about wrong car, she charged us for 2 hrs extra. $11 for 2 hrs vs. $13 for the day. What a rip off!

This is a close and efficient way to park your car for the airport. They were friendly when we got there and a shuttle was ready to go. Coming home we waited about ten minutes after we called them for them to arrive. Our car was up front when we got there. Only negative for us is the car was very dusty wren we picked it up, but probably normal for parking outside.

Very well organized and easy! I recommend prepaying before you go and get the app. You can order your car and the bus to pick you up with the click of a button. I highly recommend them.

Best parking service at SFO! The valet service is fast and convenient. I use the app when my flight lands and my vehicle is always there when the shuttle gets me back to SkyPark. My receipt is emailed to me and I just get in my car and drive away.

I travel frequently and I’m always looking for opportunities to eliminate time wasted in long lines. SkyPark helps me minimize time devoted to parking or retrieving my car.

Great service. OK, we also love the doughnuts in the morning, but the service has been great. My only suggestion as a long time user is that the on-line reservation more clearly allow us to choose in-door vs out-door reservations. Outdoor seems to be the automatic choice, when I prefer indoor. Thanks for the consideration.

PS: the car wash -- interior and exterior-- on our last visit was great.

Used the indoor valet parking. Tesla was charged and ready when I returned. Service was excellent! We will definitely use them again.

Frustrating....the only word I can use. Called in for pickup when I landed and was out at the pick up site; waited 15 minutes, called back only to be told "you missed it, another is on its way". Another 10 minutes went by before the shuttle arrived.
When we arrived back at the garage, 3 buses were sitting out on the street.

Safe indoor parking and fast shuttle pick up! I will definitely use it again!

Awesome I am always picked up from the airport really fast and car is always ready for me to hop on and go!!!! Also they help me with my luggage.. you guys are fantastic! Prices are reasonable.

I've parked my car with Skypark for five years now. They're always efficient and friendly and my car is always available when the little bus takes me back.
I recently cashed in my loyalty points and had no problem with that reservation either.
Simply the best SFO airport parking outfit there is!

The staff are helpful, the shuttle bus is just right there when dropping off the car, and no long waiting for them at the airport for pick up.
