Jasmine and Isabel were amazing. Had a nasty incident with a dog attack. They kept me up to date all the time. They were patient understanding and always helpful. I had a very good impression of Caroline Webber-Brown from the first time that I spoke to her. We discussed a potential claim for Medical Negligence. She was is a combination of professional, empathic, responsive and knowledgeable. She listened carefully and quickly identified the relevant areas.
