Smart Energy were always polite and courteous. They kept us informed throughout and the quality of work was first class. Their engineers were punctual, got on with the job, always cleaned up and left our property clean and tidy. A very professional organisation who we would use again and would highly recommend.

The project was completed in just a few days to an incredibly high standard. Every member of the team was friendly, informative and skilled from the admin staff to the home surveyors then finally to the excellent installers.

My wife and i are so delighted with our central heating fitted by them.From Lily,Julie,Mathew and others on the phones to luke,lee and nick who did all the tec work,and finally the super fitters Tom,Jack and taylor.We would not hesitate to highly recommend them.The owner of this company should be very proud of what he has. Thank you all.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything has gone smoothly so far. Good communication from the people in the office and the guys doing the install. This company worked in my house for ten days doing insulation work a new boiler and dump proofing.I wish to stress that the entire group of their staff did a highly professional job and their behaviour was impeccable!
I am very impressed and pleased with everything they have done.The people from the office where also kind and polite.

Excellent workmanship, worked very hard throughout the installation. Very satisfied with the work carried out. Would recommend them to anyone.

Clive came our home and fitted extra ventilation that was needed very polite respectful we were very impressed by his work he explained the process

They replaced the insulation in my loft, put new internal insulation on the porch and cavity wall insulation for the walls. The guys turned up on time and did an excellent job. They were cheerful, polite and funny for the whole time, despite some of the jobs being quite hot and smelly and the some of the weather being quite cold and wet. They didn't do a planned job of underfloor insulation because they said what was there was fine - which was very honest of them and saved me a good lump of money. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The insulation installers were x2 guys who were very polite and tidy. They were particularly sensitive with my elderly and frail mum, they arrived on time introduced themselves and got on with the work swiftly and did all they could to minimise any disruption and left everything tidy.

the guys who came to my property were very very good hard working and had respect for my property iam so happy with the work they done and how fast they put my central heating in . i was,able leave them in my house why i went out im so happy with them all can u please thank then from me for a fantastic job they all did

Fitted boiler with an external condensing pipe when there was an easier better option. When it froze and damaged the boiler they put in less than 2 years ago, said it was nothing to do with them. Customer service first denied working for me at all, then claimed they had used the existing condensate pipe ( they hadn’t, they installed it). The person I spoke to spoke over me, cut me off and was generally unprofessional. Would not recommend. Shame as my initial impression was a good one. I notice they only respond to positive reviews.

Although I gave a 5 star in 2021 now after trying to get a annual service by phone & email I have to give a 1 star,obviously they are keen to sell & fit unit but not so keen to service it,called on Monday line goes blank after the recorded message,then tried Tuesday spoke to some guy who said the reception was at the shops would call me back but never did,called back later was told the girl who does the booking was at a meeting but would get back to me,which never happened,don’t waste your time with this company….,

The team who came to fit our central heating and boiler were excellent, they were courteous and professional. All mess was cleared, and hoovered before they left. The team consisted of David, Ethan, Mark and Keiran. They took the time to explain everything to us. We would recommend them to anyone.

My Mother had new boiler, loft insulation, air vents in windows and walls, and cavity wall insulation. Mum is in her 80's and is very nervous about change and we had a lot going on here! These guys were very respectful and lovely people who we did not mind having in our home. A big shout out to Dave who fixed my Mums leaky shower free of charge and and the loft man who's name I cant remember who also fixed a hole in the roof for no extra charge. She now as a very warm and cosy home. Thank you

Kept to the timescale, cleaned up and cleared as they worked, made sure we were aware of every step of the process.
I was comfortable with them in my home and they kept to schedule. Very happy with the service and the product.

Central heating fitted by Tom and Ben very professional men that tidied up behind them and Clive done the electrical work again very professional.
