Customer service on the telephone is


Customer service on the telephone is always great, I find it really helpful that you can actually speak with someone, then can talk you through any problems you may have and resolve them.
The lady who I spoke with today Joanne Gray was fabulous

I have been using smart pensions for


I have been using smart pensions for many years and I do find it difficult to work out what to do with the errors as things are not always clear or simple to fix. I called and spoke with Joanne Gray who was an absolute angel, so helpful and patient with me whilst I corrected the issues I had. Definitely the best experience I have received from Smart to date. re enrollment

i spoke to many of your employees to guide me through re enrollment process since lastweek, few of them misguided me as well. Seyi who i spoke today was amazing. she guided me in calm manor and explained everything in detail and stayed with me on line until i completed task.
