Cleaners were very polite and friendly. I was amazed at the job they did, an absolutely deep clean for a very fare price. Will definitely use again.

Very disappointing service. I ordered an item as a gift more than three weeks ago. It Is yet to be Shipped. I contacted them via email and on Facebook messenger more than a week ago and have had neither acknowledgment or response from either. It’s such a shame because this was a gift for a newborn, and something that I know the parents would have loved. Will be asking for a refund.

I have had them clean my flat twice now for my landlord inspection. Which everything went great was impressed with the work being done and asked me to check if there was areas of improvement. Only reason why it isn't 5 star is the price.

I paid £170 for an end of tenancy clean, in an already relatively clean flat. The sparkle sparkle Website states that they arrive with all the equipment they will need, and an end of tenancy clean will include dusting of all cobwebs, cleaning, polishing of surfaces, etc. When they arrived I was told that they didn't have a step ladder, and therefore would not be able to clean anything above the kitchen counter tops, however they didn't even clean the cobwebs. In the end, I paid £170 for 40 minutes of a mop and partial hoover, which I could have done myself. A complete rip-off. Dust was left on all the kitchen countertops, and food was still visible on the kitchen backsplash. The top of the kitchen extractor fan wasn't even dusted despite being at eye level, and easily accessible. Avoid this service.

Sparkle Sparkle are not cheap but I was very impressed with their service. I requested the post building work package, after having a new kitchen fitted. Three cleaners worked solidly for over 2 hours -, dusted (moved ornaments, photo frames etc,) vacuumed and washed floors, moved furniture, cleaned skirting boards, between spindles on staircase, behind doors, all mirrors, glass doors and windows.
A much better experience than another company I had used previously.

The team did a fantastic job of the deep clean, making our house sparkle heading into the Christmas period! The team on the day were really friendly (and understanding of the areas we hadn't got quite as tidy as we had hoped!). We were particularly impressed with the sofa cleaning - our sofas had seen much better days, and not only were they incredibly clean, but the sofa looked brand new with all cushions fully plumped up - so much better than we could have imagined! Thank you!

I paid for Sparkle Sparkle to carry out a deep clean of my home. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like the reviews I saw online.
The "deep clean" of my 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home was rushed and completed in 2 hours by a team of 3 people. Entire areas of my house, including en-suite bathrooms, were left untouched - not even surface cleaned, let alone deep cleaned. When I raised my concerns, I was disappointed by their tactics to avoid accountability. They delayed and stalled my follow-up emails to ensure that a revisit fell outside their 2-week policy. Additionally, their policy against partial-reimbursement for poor cleaning left me feeling scammed.
Do not pay this company in advance - wait until you've inspected the work before payment!
In fact, save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

I do not like to leave such public bad reviews, however I have tried to escalate my complaint directly and have gotten nowhere. Extremely disappointed with the standard of the ‘deep clean’ received, and further disappointed with the poor customer service following my complaint of the clean.

Light fixtures in ALL general rooms not cleaned, 3x small coffee tables were not moved at all and were still extremely dirty so were not touched. Coasters on the table also were not touched at all. In the bathroom the toilet was not cleaned under the rim, small mirror not cleaned, still dusty. Bathroom floor categorically not cleaned, floor is still visibly dirty and looks to not have even been touched either.
In the kitchen the cupboard fronts not done to a good enough standard and cupboard handles not done at all. I could physically feel the dirt on them.

All of the above should have been included as standard as per the website, however in addition I paid extra to have the bathroom wall cleaned which again was not touched at all and was still extremely dirty and this was visible from some distance away.

I spent almost £450 on this ‘deep clean’ for my father coming out of hospital following a stroke and I was incredibly upset at having to complete the clean myself. I raised a full complaint to customer support and they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive of my complaint. After several email exchanges they finally offered a second visit, however as I do not live at the property this was not a viable option and I requested a partial refund for the areas not completed, and for my complaint to be escalated to a senior member of the team. That was two weeks ago now and still no response.

I also sent photos and videos to the support email to prove the poor quality of the clean but nobody seemed to care, they got their money and didn’t care about providing a service.

Do not use this company, there are much better, cheaper companies out there and I plan to take my complaint further to Trading Standards as I feel they have stolen my money, and not provided the service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst cleaning service - nothing was cleaned properly and they won’t allow me to speak with a manager to resolve. I have tried emailing and calling and they have flat out refused to let me speak to a manager. Not even sure this is a legitimate company with the service I received. AVOID!
