DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst cleaning service - nothing was cleaned properly and they won’t allow me to speak with a manager to resolve. I have tried emailing and calling and they have flat out refused to let me speak to a manager. Not even sure this is a legitimate company with the service I received. AVOID!

Avoid this company. I arranged Sparkle Sparkle to come out to deep clean an empty property, following the passing of a relative, in preparation for it being painted and going on the market. They charged £243 for a 3 bed semi. When I walked into the property following the so called deep clean, it genuinely did not look like it had been touched. I took many pictures documenting the mess left. Skirting boards were not touched, inside windows not cleaned, bathroom floors still dirty, cobwebs everywhere. I can't work out what the 3 cleaners actually did. It was a very straight forward clean, the house was pretty much empty.,
I sent photos to the company to complain and they said they would send cleaners back out, however because there was a painter organised for a few days after, they refused to come back to the property.
They have since ignored my messages requesting a partial refund. I had to pay another company to come out and deep clean the place before it was put up for sale. I am taking this further.
A dreadful company, avoid like the plague.

Great post-builder clean by Sparkle Sparkle last week. Cleaners were on time and did a thorough job. Would highly recommend.

This company were fantastic, quick and responsive when we needed a deep clean for my mum in law’s house! Completed everything quickly and to a high standard in very challenging conditions. Will definitely use them again if we can persuade mum in law to have a regular cleaning service! Heroes of the cleaning world!

Team arrived on time, explained everything to me, double checked what I was looking for and got to work. Very thorough clean and a fantastic job.

Everything I could have expected!

This is a the 2nd time I’ve had the team out, with 3 kids my home tends to get a bit grubby, pleased with the results as always!!

And the company response to my original review speaks volumes. Bad service to match the attitude, and also factually incorrect. To clarify I initially booked a Spring Clean not a deep clean. I cancelled because to expect £200+ in advance of a service is a bit odd. Thank heavens I did. My home didn’t need a deep clean, but for toothpaste mark still to be left on a bathroom floor that was apparently cleaned= disappointing. To completely overlook a room= unforgivable. This service called a recurring clean is a myth, it was sub standard, shoddy and a rip off. I urge you readers AVOID.
3 people showed up before 9am for a clean that was booked for 12.30. Apparently they ‘don’t get told the time”. Their arrival mob handed was at a hugely inconvenient time and their service was abominable.
They completely missed the study/box room upstairs, left marks on the kitchen cupboards, didn’t wash down shower tiles or bath, didn’t dry dishes that I’d washed (literally 2 cups and a glass), washed floors with a mop that was either too dry or dirty as most marks still left on the floor- which they walked all over when wet. I asked if they’d wipe down the sofa with leather wipes, but they don’t do sofas. They were in and out in 45 minutes. Worst £60 I’ve ever spent. I assume they used it to buy polish for their brass necks. Appalling.

Absolutely awful company! I paid £242 for a deep clean of whole house and oven clean. 3 of them arrived and left within 2 hours, my son called me to ask if the cleaners were coming back that’s how bad it was! I literally watched on my doggie cam as my couch was pulled out slightly and a dirty mop shoved down the back! I came home to confront the cleaners as I had complained and was told they can’t leave again until everything was completed but to be honest this company should not be advertising their services as deep clean etc as your are lucky if the use clean mops! I asked one of the girls to re hoover my whole house with my own hoover before they left. My oven was gleaming but that was an expensive £242 to have a gleaming oven. The 2 bedrooms were clean too but furniture left out of place and in most rooms things not put back, kitchen floor was left dirty and my expensive chess set was scattered all over table! My whole living room had been missed! I will never ever use this company again and I don’t know who’s writing the good reviews but they are not real trust me! They offer the same crappy team who messed up in the first place to come back again instead of giving you your hard earned cash back for such a rotten service! This company should be looked into as it’s services do not match what they state you get for your money! I was stupid and paid cash upfront then left for the day! I will never ever make that mistake again! Avoid at all costs guys find another company that’s worth your hard earned money.

Great communication, very thorough job which was completed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended company who went the extra mile by collecting and returning the keys for the property they were cleaning.

We had Sparkle Sparkle ✨️ out last week for a deep clean last week after finding the company through positive reviews online, and I'm so pleased we went with this company. Natalie & George came in, asked exactly what we were looking for, and then just got on with it. No issues, no complaining, just cleaned and cleaned. Definitely a positive experience, I have no problem recommending Sparkle Sparkle.

Absolutely horrific company, avoid at all costs. Took £341 for a deep clean and couldn’t even get it right after 2 attempts.

Tried to phone to speak to the owner, never even bothered to return my call. Total con artists. Realise they didn’t do the job correctly then just don’t respond and hope it goes away.

Just do not use and save your money by spending it on a company that is worth it.

Had the sparkle sparkle team come out every week for the last year, love coming home to a sparkling home, thanks guys

Never again will we use this company.
The “service” provided was nothing short of disgraceful for the money that we paid. I am not usually one to complain but i feel compelled to speak up because of how badly we were let down. The owner was completely flippant and disregarding when we raised our issues. Avoid at all costs.
