Specsavers Assistant (Priyah)

My assistant at my local Specsavers (Kings Heath, Birmingham) was absolutely brilliant. Priyah was friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable and definitely an asset to the team!

Excellent service at Purley branch

Excellent service at Purley branch. My 4 year broke my glasses 48 hours before a new job started. The team couldn’t have done anything more to get me replacement glasses more quickly and when I returned and needed to adjust my payment method they were pro-actively helpful too! Thanks so much!

Very friendly and helpful staff and great glasses.

The members of staff were all very friendly and welcoming,from when I walked into the store to actually having my vision tested and choosing my glasses and helping me get the right ones for me.
It was nice to be able to talk to them and get their opinions and help.

Awful staff and misleading offer

Awful staff, agressive sales, pushy, it was hard to deal with her as she kept pushing for more expensive options, more than one pair. They must work on commision!!!
The 50% offer is misleading and has so many "if".
Never coming back!

A good experience

The girl who tested my eyes was very nice and seemed competent. The person who helped me choose my frames was helpful. Everyone was very pleasant

Unfortunately due to picking up a


Unfortunately due to picking up a customer with learning difficulties I was slightly late.
Having to wait was not a problem
Watching members of staff ridicule the lateness of customers was not good.
Between myself and the gentleman I look after u had spent close to £800 pounds.
Not impressed

Really professional and helpful

Really professional and helpful. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Decided to get some sunglasses with the golden ticket which were very reasonable. All in all a very good visit.

Great service.

The whole experience was excellent, from booking my test appointment to selecting and the fitting of my new spectacles. The Specsavers staff are very friendly and professional.

My visit to Specsavers

My visit to Specsavers, St Anne's was as anybody could ask for. All the Staff, from the boss down made me feel that MY eyes were the most important and made sure I understood all the aspects of choosing my new glasses.
An excellent choice of opticians on my part.
