I had every single test going due to a painful blood shot eye, the optician was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. I was diagnosed with early cataracts, and my painful eye was due to doing the work of my left eye due to deteriorating sight

A disaster from word go. Trial
Contact lenses ordered the wrong lenses (two left eye) the first time. The when a right and left came the prescription wasnât correct. Next set arrived and where the same as the first set.
Glasses arrive and the vision wasnât correct. Second attempt and vision was correct however the thinning had not been done although I paid for it the first time round. Cancelled everything and I will not be returning.

It was easy and quick to get new glasses, however, it felt a bit rushed and noone explained to me extra information in my prescription beyond the dioptre value. Also, I wanted to update the lenses in my old glasses, and apparently this service would cost more than getting a whole new set of glasses? This seems very wasteful, and now I have old glasses I don't know what to do with.

The website is great for trying a virtual tryout of the frames too, with plenty of choice.

I felt really welcomed in store, Anne-Marie was very friendly and kind, Naina the optometrist was very patient with me and very friendly as well and then Andreia did my dispense and new what frames to show and was very professional and at the same time very cheerful and at ease.
Really enjoyed my visit at Specsaversâs and totally recommend this store

NEVER order anything from Specsavers! This afternoon I returned home, and found a Soecsavers advertising leaflet put through my letterbox!!
Now, I have a sign on the outside of the letterbox, that states; No Junk Mail, No Food Leaflets.
What part of that do their leaflet deliverers not understand???
I am so disappointed and heartbroken that, despite me putting that no junk mail on my letterbox I am still receiving Soecsavers leaflets. I do not want to order from you, so please stop delivering your leaflets to addresses that have; âNo Junk Mail, No Food Leafletsâ.
I absolutely hate companyâs that think they can do as they please, to a house that has specifically requesting NOT to receive them.
I urge anyone considering ordering from Specsavers, not to or you will be hounded by their leaflets!!!!
