Low moral supplier
We’ve been using Springpack for several years and recently discovered we’ve been overcharged for a specific product over an extended period. When we raised this with them and provided clear evidence, they showed no willingness to resolve or even properly engage with the issue.
This wasn’t a one-off mistake — it was a repeated overcharge that went unnoticed for some time. The lack of accountability and refusal to take any corrective action is extremely disappointing, especially from a supplier we trusted.
If you’re working with Springpack, check your pricing and invoices carefully. Based on our experience, they are not willing to put things right, even when the facts are clear.

We recently placed some orders with Springpack to support with our new Vent Bracket Pre Builds. Charlotte was extremely helpful with a solution and then improving on the lead time. Fantastic service
we were desperate for dunnage bags and need an imminent delivery. Emma Smith was very help full in answering many questions to ensure we would receive the correct type of bag and went above to ensure quick responses from suppliers, and even got the delivery to us a day earlier than planned.

Resolved my missing invoice issue
I had a couple of order's that were delivered and i never received the invoices. Called and spoke to Emma Smith, who was very friendly and helped me with my query very promptly. I requested copies of the invoices and i received them within 5 minutes. Very good customer service
