Labelled "Urgent Requirement"
As a regular supplier they got us out of a difficult situation when requiring a short notice order or labels for an urgent customer rework.
Sian Burton was in regular contact and was extremely helpful in organising exactly what we wanted and getting it to us when we need it.
Our customer was very happy and we were very happy aswell.

Great product and service but without the option to complete an online purchase and only and online enquiry resulted in an excessive amount of communication.

We have a new Website due to launch imminently which has a built in delivery cost calculator so this will resolve the need for further clarification on charges.

Emma Smith was really interested in resolving why I wasn't happy, she clearly wasn't happy because I wasn't and wanted to no more so she could help me, even though all the facts indicated we should have not signed a delivery note saying all the items were there.
I had been looking for a new provider!
