I've worked with stones young for a few years and they are always, prompt, courteous and efficient and this latest sale was no different. Great marketing and plenty of offers. Quick sale, thanks again to the team.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We were first-time buyers and had massive issues with our original solicitors. First class service from start to finish

Team were very attentive even with a fussy supply chain. Took time out to reassure of the process and timeframes.

Jack and the team were always available to speak to. They provided the necessary information when required and kept me appraised of progress.

Great communication with all departments

Mark delt with our enquires, he was so lovely and always so quick at replying and resolving issues. He made the experience so much easier and is by far the best agent I have dealt with. He delt with with everything in a very professional manner, highly recommend him.

I’ve found the team extremely difficult to deal with. Whenever I ask a question, they either don’t respond, forget to follow through, or patronise me when I raise something that needs attention. Harriet even hung up the phone on me while I was speaking politely, simply because she couldn’t be bothered to deal with me as a customer.

When I ask to speak with Joanne, someone else always calls back instead, so you never actually get clarity. Overall, the whole experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. I’m not surprised at all by the other 1-star reviews.

First impressions were good, a valuation given, (which was way over valued) all nice and friendly then thats it. They turned up late for every viewing having customers waiting. When our house was sold we didn’t hear anything from them at all, we sorted out everything ourselves even the hand over, they never even bothered putting a sold sign up. Very unprofessional when answering the phone and the sales team don’t have a clue about selling or negotiating. Our buyers had the same experience too.

This is the 3rd time of using Stones Young Estate Agents, once as a Purchaser and twice as a Seller and can’t praise them enough.
Essentially, if living in Lancashire, I would not choose any other Estate Agents.
From initial contact through to completion, our experience has been a positive one. Why???…..simply because they care.
They are helpful, knowledgeable and go that extra mile in making what is potentially a stressful experience and turning it into a positive one.
Mark especially along with Harriet, Andrew and Jack have provided excellent support and seamless service.
Mark has gone the extra mile throughout our experience, chasing up, giving us regular updates and generally helping us every step of our journey.

After many substandard and frankly horrendous experiences with other Estate Agents in the area, Stones Young stand out and take the hassle out of moving. Great value for money. Thanks to all.

What a joke these people are. Buyers don't waste your time and energy with these people. I truly wish that I had looked at this site before dealing with these people.
Put an offer in full asking price 8 days ago then increased it to above the asking price.
Then wasted more time and been so foolish to provide them proof of funds. Seller took another offer which is there choice but I believe 8 days is totally unreasonable to get back to you with an answer when you have offer above the asking price. If they wanted offers over it should clearly say..
I hope the firm sticks to the strick rules covered by GDPR .

I certainly won't be looking at property s for sale by stones young take too long to get back to you
