An absolutely pathetic estate agent! Started to sell my house with them. They got measurements incorrect, photos not professional and zero marketing. They lied about house viewings and viewers did not turn up. Gesture of goodwill, go and pick up a bottle of wine at offlicence 😂😂😂 Do yourself a favour do not do any business with this lot!!!

Great all round service and care. Professional team members that provide dedicated and personalised landlord service. In my case Ellie, is always available to assist - she ensures that everything is clearly detailed and documented with no hidden extras. Highly recommended.

Ellie has been absolutely wonderful since we moved into the property almost 2 years ago. Nothing is too much, she is polite, helpful and resolves any issue without delay. She is a real star and a credit to Stow Brothers.

Moving house can definitely be a stressful process, but I genuinely felt supported through the whole renting process with a big thanks to Ryan and Rhea from the Walthamstow office.

Impressed by the consistent high level of service from Stow Brothers property management. Staff members, especially Hanna Dewsnap, are really helpful and sort out any issues promptly and effectively. Hanna is organised and on the ball, always giving us advance notice of works to be done and landlord requirements.

We have always had an excellent experience and service from our property manager, Hanna. She regularly calls to check in and responds to issues swiftly and effectively. This is in contrast to any other letting agent or property manager we have encountered as tenants. Thank you Hanna!

I couldn’t recommend Stow Brothers enough. Estate agents often get a bad rep, but our experience with them was great - they were professional, efficient and thoughtful throughout and despite a lengthy and complex sale and chain. We felt like we had the best possible team supporting us - particularly William and Claudia, however everyone in the office was helpful, and unlike other agents the phone was always answered and calls/emails were always responded to. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends etc.

Anita Datta is an excellent property manager. She manages the property with great care and professionalism, and her communication is always clear, timely, and reassuring. It’s obvious that she takes pride in her work, and it’s been a real comfort knowing the property is in such good hands. I genuinely appreciate all the support she provides and would highly recommend her.

Had a very mixed time selling Senior guy met at property who gave in incorrect advice on price.. Wasted a month of time, but never heard from again.. Then was handed over to a "senior sales progressor" who was just so annoying and always had to have to last word, which was usually a put down... at one point overran the negotiations and missed out both parties solicitors... Really over stepped the mark as they are unqualified and presumably just likes the power trip... Forgetting that I as the seller pay their wages..!!!
Will not be using again.... And now after sale not one word from them just out of office replies....where are the good estate agents.!!

We have had our property managed by Stow Brothers since 2022 and we are very happy with their services. Anita is our property manager and she is very thorough and timely in all her correspondence and in sorting anything that is needed. I would happily recommend their services to everyone!
