Absolutely perfect experience
Absolutely perfect experience. From start to finish with my service and MOT, Carly in the Stratstone Mini servicing department was ace. Crystal clear communication, fun and easy to chat to, answered all my questions and went above and beyond all the way around. The technicians delivered a great video breaking down the issues I had and were easy to understand and work with. Could not recommend more.

Took my Mini for a service/ mot . Courtesy car waiting, good communication and video sent of work and checks being carried out with clear explanation of what they were checking. Very helpful and friendly. Even had a courtesy car wash 😀very happy!!

I had an accident in my BMW X3 and my car was recovered in to Stratstone BMW Chesterfield Bodyshop. They could not have been more helpful and they kept me informed all the way through the process and repair. Nicola O Brien was so professional and ensured the repair was seamless and worry free for me from start to finish. She’s an asset to your Company. It was so nice to get my car back - it’s like a brand new car and is absolutely gleaming. Great service after a traumatic accident. Thankyou!!
