First class customer service.
The efficient way Sarah and the Service Manager handled my problem was second to none. I was visiting family in Sothborough from Wales when the Restricted Performance light came on. I went to Stratstone Tonbridge to be greeted by Sarah, my car was quickly put on a diagnostic machine and the problem highlighted. Unfortunately the part was not in stock but Sarah and the Service Manager arranged to have one delivered first thing next day. Fearing the worse that I would be stuck in Southborough for several days, not at all sure enough the part was fitted first thing and I was on my way back to Wales by 11:30am. I could not fault the team at all, I feel they went beyond the call of duty to get me back on the road in such a short time. Well done Sarah and The Service Manager Excellent customer care.

The dealership accommodated us at very short notice as we needed a problem rectifying before we travelled to France. The reception staff were really helpful and looked after us with refreshments etc, the service staff were excellent and the whole experience was very smooth and efficient. Thank you,
