This was my second time taking my car to JLR Stratstone Tottenham for a service, and once again, the experience was excellent. I originally discovered this gem of a service centre by chance, having first bought my car from Rockar. While Rockar made a great show of their client focus during and after the sale, the after-sales service at JLR Stratstone Tottenham is, in my experience, far superior. Their team truly sets the standard for customer care.

A special shout-out to Keeley Hobart, who looked after me today. When I dropped off my car, she clearly explained what would be done, the timelines, and was eager to answer any questions. Her excellent communication and helpful attitude made the experience smooth and reassuring. Thank you

This was my first time servicing my Jaguar with Stratstone Tottenham, and everything went smoothly from start to finish, no issues at all. However, I was a little disappointed that my car wasn't cleaned inside or outside. It could be that it wasn't really dirty to start with, but it wouldn't have been nice. Big thanks to Gary and Omar for the collection and delivery, both were friendly, professional and they deserve a 5 star rating. I would recommend this service, but just remind them to bring your car back cleaned.

I recently visited the service center for a car security enhancement, and I had a really pleasant experience. The service executive (a lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) explained the work clearly, including the tasks involved and the time required. Since there was about an hour’s waiting time, she kindly suggested I take a walk along the nearby river. It turned out to be a beautiful and refreshing morning walk, which made the wait enjoyable.

To my surprise, the team also gave my car a wash, which was a thoughtful touch. A couple of my additional inquiries were answered to my full satisfaction, showing their commitment to customer service. Finally, my car was handed back to me with a warm smile, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming.

Overall, the service center went above and beyond, turning what could have been a routine appointment into a genuinely pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Professional, efficient and courteous staff.
Oz was fantastic... went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information and documentation I might need. He also took time to discuss my requirements and to forward plan. The receptionist and mechanic were also very helpful and respectful. Had previously visited an authorised dealer in Essex and was not impressed... it was a great decision to go to Stratstone Tottenham instead. The entire staff team here should be commended for their customer service, kindness and knowledge.

Always a smooth experience. Good communications from Tottenham and Garry is the friendly, efficient face I see when collecting and returning the car.

Top service provided by Land Rover Stratstone in Tottenham . From the moment we book for the service we got a quick response , almost immediate booking day and they always keep us informed , following up with a detailed video inspection and results! A pick up service and delivery back at our address by Peter was in time and gave us enough time to organise our self to be at home in time .

I was dealt with very professionally and the staff were most helpful.

Everything I needed done was completed and I was kept informed of progress throughout. The staff are friendly and accommodating and patient. Even if there are hiccups they go out of their way to resolve things as soon as possible.
