Staff where welcoming and very professional
There where no issues all good

The company seem to be on top of everything, the staff you employ are very professional.

Great service from both sales and after sales teams.

This was my third car purchase from JLR Wolverhampton in the past 8 years, it’s also been the worst by far. From the very start to the end, I experienced an appalling lack of communication from the salesman — including being outright lied to at one stage (which was even coincidently recorded on day of collection and am now looking at an appropriate way to take this further).

I raised a formal complaint with the manager and was told I would receive a response after an investigation. It’s now been 8 weeks and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. No follow-up, no apology, no resolution.
On the day of collecting my brand new Defender 130, I was made to feel like I was picking up a toy car — not a significant purchase. The level of service was completely unacceptable, especially for a premium brand like Land Rover.

It’s unfortunate that I’ve had to leave this review, as my past experiences were positive. However, being misled, ignored, and ultimately disregarded is unacceptable. I strongly recommend anyone considering a Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle to visit a different dealership — this one has clearly gone downhill.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted like family!
From Receptionist to Sales and showroom Manager who were courteous and extremely professional, we knew we were in safe hands purchasing our dream car!

Originally I visited Stratstone Jaguar Wolverhampton with an amber engine light, although the car was in perfect condition and had 0 issues. They told me that I had to replace the SCR catalyst and charged me £2000+. I went to pick the car and settled the bill and the moment that I tried to drive away, all the lights in the dashboard went crazy. They told me to bring it back in a week and it would be an easy fix.

Apparently they messed something up and they didn't want to disclose it.

I went back 1 week later, after driving the car about 200 miles, with the lights going on and off all the time, and having a flat battery 2 times (my battery was measured multiple times and it was fine).

I went back and dropped the car and for 2 weeks they were only telling me that it needs further investigation and were unable to provide even an estimated date when they would be able to fix it. Long story short, they after 3 weeks they finally told me that the car was ready and asked me to pay another £760 for some speed sensor and their work.

Even if I accept that both parts needed to be replaced and "happened" to go wrong at the same time, I consider ridiculous service not being able to provide an estimated time for collection and provide 0 updates, without the customer having to contact you again and again for any update.

Simply the worst experience I've ever had in any car dealership (and I had visited quite a few, as I have owned more than 4 different car brands in the past).

Jamie and colleagues went out of their way to help with the problem I had with my car down loading contacts.

I initially contacted the app for support, with no luck and found it frustrating, I called the customer help line with their response “your car is to old” it’s 2019 sport? Unhelpful.

So thank you team at Wolverhampton your customer service is amazing especially Jamie !! When I need to renew my car I will be in to see you all.

Was greeted in a welcoming and friendly manner by Victoria my service advisor, was informed about expected duration of service and confirmation of the cost.
While in the waiting area was also well looked after, with drinks being offered.
Once service was done Victoria came and invited me back her desk where she informed me the service and vehicle health check had been completed without any issues.
