once again we have purchased a mini from the amazing team at stratstone mini doncaster. laura Straw and her amazing team have looked after my wife and i for the last 15 years.
we live over 3 hours away from the dealership but the journey is always worth it.
If you are looking for a new mini , or even a second hand then make sure you get in touch as you wont be disappointed !!

I have just bought a mini convertible and had a problem pairing my phone to the car. Although I did not purchase my car from Stratstone I went on the off chance someone might be bale to help. A young lady called Staci was incredibly helpful and came outside in the boiling heat and resolved the issue in seconds. The customer service was just superb and she even offered a free health check on my car. As a result of her service I will go no where else for my car to be looked after and when I move my car o it will be here I go to for my next mini. This is what customer service should be all about. Thank you Staci.

Exceptional customer service! I picked up my Motability car a month ago and had few questions about settings and accessories. I went into the garage and Jamal came and sat in the passenger side and answered all my questions. Even showed me some things I hadn’t thought of that make life easier!

I then spoke with Stacy about accessories and caught up with Jake who had originally helped with my order.
Can not fault the team here. 10 stars!

From the moment, Stratstone mini Doncaster took over the maintenance for my Mini Cooper S (recently purchased from an Other has been outstanding. I’d like to share special thank you and gratitude for Lewis who met me at the entrance of off the highway because he was aware that I was from out of town and was unsure the logistics he handled the customer service the interaction between myself and the engineers with professionalism experience and a really kind genuine approach. During my appointment with a Doncaster mini branch I was met with such genuine hospitality. The whole team are just wonderfully human and professional. Thank you too to Jake and Isabella for your help and assistance and advice during my visit. I have no hesitation, I would gladly drive extra mileage to have the Stratstone mini Doncaster Care for my future mini servicing and maintenance and when I’m ready for our New mini/BMW. I recently purchased a used mini from Stratstone Mini Doncaster. This was made an excellent and stressless experience by Jake Bishop, who was very friendly and professional and not pushy at all.He went above and beyond to be helpful. A big Thank you Jake, you're a credit to the company.

I bought a Mini Countryman S for my wife's birthday and that took a lot of organising by the staff to keep it a secret until the final moment. I can't thank those involved for helping me through from ordering to the final surprise moment, particularly Jake Bishop. I know from other reviews that he is a consistent example of how you win customers by going the extra mile. All I can say is that I echo every positive comment for both he and the firm he represents. We bought our first car from Stratstone Mini and had no reason to hesitate to return. Our experience has been that the product, the service and the staff are first class.

We’ve moved out of the area but I can’t fault the service and attention to detail from Stratstone Doncaster. Really helpful and always follow up.

I just wanted to say not only a massive thank you to Jamal Rafiq who has undoubtedly provided myself with the most extraordinary service, mixed with the highest level of customer care and consideration throughout the entire sale last week of my new all electric Mini Aceman SE.

I wholeheartedly would recommend Jamal and Mini Stratstone Doncaster to everybody.

Jamal really did go the extra mile, and I never felt like he was being pushy with myself at all. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Jamal, and Mini Stratstone should feel very proud having him as part of their team.

Massive thanks also to Staci Barnes who emailed me this morning asking if I wished to buy some Mini accessories. I hadn't really thought of buying any, but after looking at the brochures, I decided to treat myself to a travel mug and a black suitcase for my travels and it was £155.00 well spent. Also purchasing the additional service packs was a great purchase today too. I appreciated Staci emailing me with all of the offers, and I felt that this was superb service too.

This is now my third Mini car that I have purchased from Mini Stratstone Doncaster, my first one was around fifteen years ago (Mini Convertible), to a Mini Clubman around eight years ago.

The reason I keep coming back to Doncaster is simple, superb customer service!

I have bought lots of vehicles over the years and my experience with dealers has been mixed. Mini Doncaster was without doubt the best so far. All the staff made me feel welcome and there was no pressure. The salesman Jamal was excellent identifying the best model option. After a test drive and a generous offer on my trade in I bought one.
A very enjoyable experience. Certainly recommend Mini Doncaster and the Mini Countryman.

Took wife’s Mini in for a their advice to an issue that a competing dealer garage that bought car from within a month, wouldn’t sort.
Fantastic service from Service Team at Stratstone Mini, diagnosed issue in 30 minutes whilst giving me all the coffee and dog biscuits I wanted (yes, they’re dog friendly - didn’t have dog with me though).
Had courtesy car whilst was repaired at later date. Service Team liaised with the competing dealer to charge them for works and sort. Thank you!

So many positive comments to make about Stratstone Mini Doncaster. I have picked up my Mini Cooper SE this morning and the transition was excellent.
