Jake was really helpful and made the buying process really easy and painless. Buying virtually is a great way to do it if you know what you want as it is much quicker and more focused.

All the staff are really efficient and friendly. They are always helpful and welcoming.

I had a minor issue with the engine cooling liquid, so I had to ask Stratstone for help. I was pleased that the car was sorted out straight away. Excellent service. Thank you.

Car went in for complimentary health check which is a good thing in itself but also had diagnostic on aircon, expected to be told I needed expensive parts as the car is quite old but no nasty surprises

Outstanding customer services throughout the whole process, kept us informed and prompt delivery on the date agreed, worked with us around our busy life.
