Fantastic service , friendly helpful staff .

Much better than they used to be very poor used car salesman in the past. Service staff have been in a different league.

Service has been second to none right from the very beginning. I viewed and purchased my mini during lockdown and everyone involved was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff are totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. My lovely mini has just been back for its annual service and mot and again the treatment I received from everyone was excellent. I will definitely recommend Mini Stratstone and it will certainly be the first place I go to when I change my mini for a new one

Make sure you get agreed terms of deal in writing before leaving the showroom to avoid any confusion - might be commonsense but avoids angst later

This is the second Mini I have bought from Stratsone Doncaster. I dealt with Bethany both times and received fantastic service. Bethany kept me up to date with lead times on the order and delivery, especially with the delays due to Covid.

Every time I have dealt with anyone at Stratsone Mini the staff have been extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recomending them, especially Bethany.

Daughters mini in for service prior to sale … booked on line and selected service option on basis of car, age and mileage ….On booking in at the showroom …. was advised extra c. £80 required for brake fluid …. Reluctantly agreed as the car must be safe for new owner…Then after a long delay …. Further ‘add on’ (£44) requested for ‘diagnostic test’… declined this but was then advised they would leave ‘service due’ light active (making the car unsaleable at its true value) !!!!!!!

Under duress agreed to pay this ….

I went into mini Doncaster today I was looking to see what they could offer me for when I want to change my car. As I walked in I was greeted by some one on the front. It made me feel very welcome. I was later approached by a lovely young girl called Bethany. She told me all the options I could go for with different scenarios. I was made to feel very special the atmosphere was very friendly. The service I was given was exceptional. I will definitely be coming in to see you again when I’m ready for renewing my car. Thank you.

Our mini experience was totally the best Conner went threw everything with us. I just love our countryman, im blown away by the stuff it can do light changing is the best. The car itself is very spacious, when you think of mini its not what you expect but we love it. The guys at doncaster are just great
