Good service all round.
Car picked up 10.00am, serviced and MOT done…using the pre pay plan that I paid for when I bought the Mini.
Returned before 5.00pm.
No extra costs.
No valet but it was fairly clean anyway.
All good really.

I travel 25 miles to use this garage, old style customer service, have had 2 cars from here to date, have given good prices on my trade ins and purchases. Continued great service brings me back. Highly recommend Gary the salesman who goes above and beyond !!

Purchase of Approved Used Mini
Really happy with all aspects of the purchase of our Mini. Sales adviser was knowledgeable and friendly and the purchase was smooth and problem free. We noticed a small dent in bonnet of car when we got it home (which had been unnoticeable on forecourt due to being wet) and it was taken care of quickly and without fuss. Would recommend.

Great service (with a smile). A nice friendly team working at Stratstone Mini. The car was awesome too as was trhe drive back to Bristol. Thoroughly recommend the dealership. Ryan Power (trainee sales) was enthusiastic, professional and kept me well informed about what was happening!

My vehicle was booked in for a service
My vehicle was booked in for a service. From the moment I walked in the girls in reception were friendly and welcoming. They explained what would happen and gave a time my car would be ready for collection. The courtesy car I was given was an automatic which I was unsure about. However they took the time to show me the vehicle and put my mind at rest. Updated through the day with progress with regards to the service. Excellent service. Would totally recommend.
