Very helpful staff, nothing hurried, emails answered promptly and everything explained which made the whole experience much easier.

Good service, making best of the current, difficult Covid circumstances.

My vehicle was recovered by BMW assist. I had hit a pothole and damaged the two near side wheels and tyres which subsequently needed replacement.
The vehicle was taken to Stratstone Tyneside. Sam kept me updated with the progress of the repair. Jason undertook the work.

Both were good communicators, efficient employees and a credit to the company

The staff are exceptional beyond a doubt. Nothing is beyond them, except don’t expect a coffee…. Due to Covid-19 l have to point out.

Just collected our new Mini from Stratstone at Silverlink, Wallsend. Excellent service and the Salesperson, Gary Stewart, went the extra mile to make sure that everything went smoothly right from the initial order with a weekly update, to delivery and phoning the following day to make sure everything was okay. The new Mini not only looks awesome it’s also an absolute dream to drive.

Double charged due to a technical issue on their end but I’m having to prove it happened despite it being witnessed by 2 staff members. They won’t refund the £710 extra they have taken until I can get a statement from my bank. Surely it shows on their accounting system? But no, they can’t check, I have to prove their mistake.
Also was promised damage to paint work at last service with pressure washer would be made good. However when I raised this I was made to feel like I was making it up as there was “nothing on file”. Again the onus was on me to “prove” it. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Gary Stewart, once again, gave fantastic customer service throughout the buying process of what is now my 4th car from Stratstone Tyneside MINI. The service from Gary was above and beyond any other dealership I have interacted with. He was attentive, giving us regular updates while our car was in production and promptly answering any questions I had.
