Stratstone - Porsche Centre Nottingham レビュー 

I dropped off my car on 5/10 for Major service and MOT it was due to be ready for 9/10. I advised Mechanic that I would collect on the 12/10. On ringing on 12/10 to check it was ready, I was informed their was only one Customer client mgr available and she was with a customer. After 20 mins I rang again to be told that they were still with the customer and only this person could tell me if my car was ready. I suggested that I'm sure the customer wouldn't mind being interrupted so my simple question "was my car ready for collection?" This took another 5 minutes before the Customer client mgr came on the phone with a cherry good morning. I advised that having to wait 20m to get a simple answer whether my car was ready, didn't help my morning. She said that she was the only one dealing with customers on a Saturday, told her that wasn't my problem and that my car wasn't ready as the Mechanic had been off all week. I informed her that the mechanic had told me they were off until the 10/10. To then be informed that he had been off sick week and there had been no hand over and my car hadn't had its MOT. So no comms about my car during the week, no call to me to confirm any delay no nothing. Appalling customer service, look forward to the call to confirm when my car is ready and to be asked to give a 10/10 rating. Some chance. Will take my car elsewhere next time where the customer service matches the brands value.

Jenny was helpful, offered great communication and the car was perfect on return. I was also able to work from an internal office which gave me flexibility, thank you. Super work

Very poor communication and customer care skills travel to silverstone or Leicester they look after you far better.

Car dropped off, courtesy car sorted. All as planned.

Usual poor service, they do the minimum of effort thinking that serving people coffees will keep them happy. They do not respect peoples time and individual requirements. I won't be using them again.

Excellent service, collected, recall work completed, safety check and delivered back super clean. Couldn't ask for more. Many Thanks Jason

Outstanding service. Took my 911 in for a service, amazing new showroom that is a credit to the brand. Every staff member that I spoke to was so helpful, spoke to Kinna on service and also to Tom about some of the used models while I was there and it is evident that the staff there are very passionate about the brand and knowledgable about the products that they offer. I had the opportunity to drive the Taycan while mine was in and have to say I was very impressed!

I was welcomed warmly at reception, asked if I wanted a variety of refreshments. The person who I was meeting gave me plenty of his time for my questions & queries.
