rubbish service , no one answers phone or returns call ; so many dealerships have terrible back up once they have sold you the car .

Excellent service

Service staff helpful and knowledgeable. Keep you informed. Do what they say will be done and finish work on time. Only problem is reception are very bad at answering the phone and unreliable calling you back.

Michaela and her team have been excellent and very supportive throughout. I really appreciate their attention to detail with my tyres and servicing, and how responsive they were to any questions I had. Thank you so much for the great service.

What went wrong was not the fault itself, but how it was handled. Once the vehicle became unusable, there was no clear ownership of the issue, no reliable repair timeline, and repeated failures to communicate when updates were promised. I was left in prolonged limbo, paying for a car I could not use and unable to drive the courtesy vehicle provided.

Porsche can improve by taking ownership when things go wrong, providing realistic timelines, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring customers are not left without usable mobility for extended periods. Premium brands are judged on how they handle problems, not whether problems occur.

Exceptional Service on My Porsche Taycan Sport Turismo

I recently had some work done on my Porsche Taycan Sport Turismo at Porsche Centre Nottingham, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I dropped the car off to the final handover, the entire experience was professional, transparent, and truly first-class.

The team took the time to explain the required work in clear, non-technical language and kept me updated throughout. Communication was excellent — I always knew what was happening and why.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care for both the car and the customer. They didn’t rush the job and ensured everything was completed to the highest standard. It’s rare to receive this level of service these days.

Everything was great from start to finish. Michaela was fab, welcoming and professional, explained what would happen clearly.
Called me with an update and collection time. Car was ready as agreed, cost was as expected and the work was all completed on time.
All good.

Always a great customer service experience from start to finish

Absolute poor experience overall, was told on the phone when booking my recall and on the day my car will be available for collection the same day. However, once I got home, couple hours before the end of the day, I was told with very short notice, my car will not be available to collect on the day, leaving me without a car the whole evening and the next day to get to work. I was offered collection in the morning the next day, however, this would of made me late for work and added a lot of extra journey time to travel at peak times.

Throughout the process there was no empathy or understanding to the inconvenience caused, I had to catch a taxi to work and back adding extra time on to my journey both ways. Once, I arrived at the end of the day after work to collect my car, I had to engage in a hostile back and fourth dialogue with the service manager, with no acknowledgement of the inconveniences caused due to the recall and the hours wasted. Then to find out, my number plate had fallen off while in the possession of Porsche, I gave the car with the number plate on and attached correctly, I can provide pictures for evidence, I do not expect to receive the car back without a front number plate on.

Worst part of this is there was no real attempt to sort this out, was told they have tried to stick it on, but I struggle to believe how such a prestigious brand like Porsche had the whole day to attach a number plate back on to my car but failed to do so, the holes are already on my bumper, all they had to do was call to authorize drilling holes into my number plate, but they failed to think about this.

What is really disappointing is the throughout the process I was just told 'there is nothing we can do' that was reiterated numerous times. No attempt to even find a resolution or was not offered to come back another day to fix the issue. I was left to drive home without a front number plate and left to sort this issue out myself. Overall, the experience has been poor and disappointing, not something I expect when being a Porsche customer.

I had a top rate experience. First of all I was contacted a few weeks before my MOT was due which is very helpful as I tend to forget these things. Upon arrival, I was greeted in an extremely friendly and efficient way. I confirmed hat I was going to wait whilst the car was inspected and asked if it would be possible to find a small area so that I could undertake some work duties. To be honest, the reception area is very comfortable but I was actually provided with a private office space and with Cappuccino in hand (freshly brewed by the receptionist), made my way in. The service team were very efficient, knew the car history and after a couple of hours, I was on my way. Nice to see such attention to customer comfort.
