Customer service at Porsche Wilmslow is always exceptional. Professional, personal and efficient. No job is too small and always perfectly executed. New Porsche Centre is very nice and comfortable.

Very efficient and explained everything to me

Alan Dyde was superb from start to finish exceptional service despite the challenges with transferring to his new premises. There was a delay with the parts for my wife's Panamera which would have meant she would have been unable to travel to Norfolk for the Porsche Celebratory 75year event. Alan not only arranged a vehicle for my wife but as it was her first drive in an electric car he kindly took her out to ensure she felt comfortable. A genuinely wonderful experience, Thank you what a wonderful dealership.

Just wanted to say thank you to the brilliant team at Porsche Wilmslow. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them twice now and each time has been a real pleasure. On Friday I was invited to a drive out day in Cheshire and it was so well put together. The team there are great, special mention to Sienna, Isla, Harry, Alfie and Caoimhe. They’re all so welcoming and professional and their product knowledge is second to none. Look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Well what can I say.

Haven had a horrific experience with Porsche Chester, my expectations were pretty low from dealerships.

Then

I contacted Michelle at Wilmslow.
With a virtual hug my car was in and repaired to a high standard.
Alan kept me updated and explained the fault with the car ( something Chester couldn’t do)

Even when picking the car up ( cleaned to a high standard) they went over the car with me.

As someone responsible for managing a large fleet of vehicles, I deal with dealerships on a regular basis — and it takes a lot for one to genuinely stand out. Stratstone Porsche in Wilmslow and Stockport absolutely did.

From the outset, the team struck the right balance between professionalism and approachability. They understood that my needs weren’t just about a single car, but about reliability, efficiency, and long-term support. There was no unnecessary sales pressure — just clear, knowledgeable guidance and a willingness to listen.

What impressed me most was how well they handled communication. Everything was straightforward, timely, and transparent, which is exactly what you need when you’re managing multiple vehicles and tight schedules. They respected my time and delivered on what they said they would — something that, in my experience, isn’t always a given.

The aftercare has also been excellent. It hasn’t just been a case of “job done” — they’ve continued to check in and make sure everything is running as it should, which makes a real difference when you’re accountable for a wider operation.

A personal thank you to Chloe, Stuart and Ryan for their continued support — it’s genuinely appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed.

All in all, a very reliable, professional outfit that I’d have no hesitation working with again or recommending — especially if you’re managing vehicles at scale and need a dealership you can trust to just get things done properly.

Great Service second to none

From booking in to being kept updated throughout to a completed service repair by Michelle in the service department. Its people like Michelle who is the face of the company when we as the client come in, not the MD or the FD but the people we meet on the ground. Really impressed with the whole service.
