Well what can I say.

Haven had a horrific experience with Porsche Chester, my expectations were pretty low from dealerships.

Then

I contacted Michelle at Wilmslow.
With a virtual hug my car was in and repaired to a high standard.
Alan kept me updated and explained the fault with the car ( something Chester couldn’t do)

Even when picking the car up ( cleaned to a high standard) they went over the car with me.

Absolute fantastic experience.

As someone responsible for managing a large fleet of vehicles, I deal with dealerships on a regular basis — and it takes a lot for one to genuinely stand out. Stratstone Porsche in Wilmslow and Stockport absolutely did.

From the outset, the team struck the right balance between professionalism and approachability. They understood that my needs weren’t just about a single car, but about reliability, efficiency, and long-term support. There was no unnecessary sales pressure — just clear, knowledgeable guidance and a willingness to listen.

What impressed me most was how well they handled communication. Everything was straightforward, timely, and transparent, which is exactly what you need when you’re managing multiple vehicles and tight schedules. They respected my time and delivered on what they said they would — something that, in my experience, isn’t always a given.

Both sites are run to a very high standard, and the attention to detail reflects the Porsche brand well. More importantly, the team behind the scenes clearly know what they’re doing. Whether it was arranging vehicles, coordinating logistics, or following up afterwards, everything felt smooth and well-organised.

The aftercare has also been excellent. It hasn’t just been a case of “job done” — they’ve continued to check in and make sure everything is running as it should, which makes a real difference when you’re accountable for a wider operation.

A personal thank you to Chloe, Stuart and Ryan for their continued support — it’s genuinely appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed.

All in all, a very reliable, professional outfit that I’d have no hesitation working with again or recommending — especially if you’re managing vehicles at scale and need a dealership you can trust to just get things done properly.

Great Service second to none

From booking in to being kept updated throughout to a completed service repair by Michelle in the service department. Its people like Michelle who is the face of the company when we as the client come in, not the MD or the FD but the people we meet on the ground. Really impressed with the whole service.

Michelle did everything possible to help me in a most friendly and efficient way. She was even able to obtain a loan car at extremely short notice.

My visit to the Porsche ( Wilmslow) dealership on the 11th March 2026 was as always enjoyable. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Chloe My service advisor kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The staff at Porsche are some of the friendliest people. From the reception staff who are warm, welcoming and helpful, Chloe, Senior Service Advisor is exceptionally efficient and knowledgable and Amber, Sales Executive is knowledgeable and clearly focused when dealing with the client. The overall impression is of a strong team who are a credit to Porsche.
