Sehr guter Service! Ware schnell Versand und sicher verpackt! Auch beim zurück schicken zu groß bestelltem Armband überhaupt kein Problem!!! Jeder Zeit wieder!!

Swatch repairs at Southampton (Tissot).
I sent off my father in laws Tissot watch in December, it came back just before Christmas, they said that unfortunately , the parts for the watch were now obsolete. However they had clearly done some repair work to it as it is now working again and keeps good time. There was no charge for the repair. This is the second time I have used the repair service in Southampton and both times they have been incredibly helpful. They have given the best customer service that I have had in years.

Staff were brilliant 🤩 I’m a collector of swatches, & had some watches that needed adjustments & batteries.. nothing was too much trouble

Une véritable escroquerie . Après avoir fait changer la pile un mois après elle ne fonctionne plus . Motif : quand on change la pile la montre n’ est plus étanche! Coût de la réparation 175 euros !!!!! Repayer la moitié de la valeur de la montre au bout de deux ans… je trouve ça scandaleux.

Ordered the gorgeous looking Turner watch with the sun that is supposed to change colour - sunrise to sunset. It looked so gorgeous and I love the idea of the changing sun colour. However, the sun seems to take days to change - so not in tune with 24 hours. This is a minor issue, the major issue is that it doesn't keep time! I constantly have to adjust it during the week, it slows down. Not very good for a watch!! I replaced the battery after a month of owning it, and still same issue. Ive never been a fan of SWATCH watches, they were very popular in the 80s, not with me. If it wasn't for the unique style I would never have bought it. 2 stars for style. Zero for actual watch.

My paid order was never delivered. Multiple emails to Swatch UAE and Swatch COM were never responded at all. Quite unexpected and upsetting experience.

Swatch diskriminiert Leute, die nicht so mobil sind oder die nicht in Ballungszentren mit Shops wohnen.
In der Werbung wird verkündet, dass alle eine Chance haben, das stimmt so nicht.

Service Swatch déplorable
Très mauvaise expérience avec Swatch.
J’ai rencontré un problème majeur de bracelet sur ma montre, qui est pourtant la plus chère de la gamme Swatch. Le bracelet s’ouvre tout seul entre 3 et 10 fois par jour, rendant la montre totalement impossible à porter.
En 12 mois, aucune solution n’a été apportée malgré :
deux passages dans deux boutiques différentes en Suisse,
un envoi direct à la centrale Swatch à Bienne pour réparation.
La montre m’a été retournée sans aucune amélioration. Le défaut est strictement identique. Résultat : 12 mois sans pouvoir porter une montre neuve, haut de gamme, achetée à prix fort.
Il est inacceptable qu’une marque suisse, censée être sérieuse, soit incapable de réparer un simple problème de bracelet après autant de démarches. À ce stade, cette montre est impropre à l’usage et à la consommation.
👉 Mon conseil est clair : n’achetez surtout pas ce type de montre, en particulier les modèles haut de gamme Swatch. Le prix ne reflète ni la qualité ni le service après-vente.
C’est pour moi la montre la plus chère… et la plus inutilisable que j’aie jamais possédée.
Très grande déception.

Ma montre comporte un défaut de fabrication : griffe sous l'écran de protection.
Swatch refuse un geste commercial.
Je suis dégoûté, d'autant plus que c'est un cadeau de Noël.
Plus jamais cette marque de montre.

My wife & I visited the store, Mel (employee) reluctantly approached us, I asked her about a model name, her response: "We are not required to know all the model names, I don't know what its called". She promptly went back to her gossip session with a colleague. This time my wife asked her for another model name, response: "As I said, corporate does not require us to know these names", she smirked and walked off to continue with her co-worker. At this point, we gave up and left!

Don't buy swatch, terrible customer service.

I have visited the Swatch store in Battersea on a couple of occasions, love the Moonswatch which is why I keep returning but the staff, specifically in the Battersea Branch really need to work out what customer service is, Cheer up or consider a change in careers.

Nul pour leur service internet . Nul pour leur suivi . Brille par leur absence et leur accueil. Avec DHL ils font la paire !!

Ich habe vor Weihnachten noch online eine Swatch Omega Moonswatch ergattern können und die Lieferung mit DHL Express hat sehr schnell funktioniert.

Ich bin voll zufrieden und würde wieder bei Swatch bestellen!

I drove through early this morning from Dundee to the Swatch shop on Princes Street, Edinburgh, and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Julius, who immediately made the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

I explained which watch I had come in for, a gift for my wife Amanda and Julius took the time to show me the watch properly, set it up, and clearly explain how it works. His knowledge of the Swatch range was excellent, and it was obvious he takes real pride in both the products and the service he provides.

What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Julius asked if I’d like the watch gift wrapped and even gave me a choice of presentation bag, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch.

Julius is a real credit to Swatch: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. It’s easy to see that he has a bright future ahead in the watch business. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommended.
