From start to finish, my experiences with Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham has been nothing short of exceptional. Having purchased four cars in the last 18 months their attention to detail is second to none — with this particular vehicle I spoke with Matt and George to discuss my requirements, and they found me exactly what I wanted and more.
John handed over the car today, with great enthusiasm and as always a very professional manner.
What truly sets them apart is their unparalleled aftersales/customer service. The entire team go above and beyond to ensure that every single one of my requests was met exactly as I wanted — no compromises, no missed details, just flawless execution.
It’s rare to find a dealership that combines such professionalism with a personal touch. At Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham, you’re not just another customer — you’re treated like part of the Ferrari family, everybody knows who you are and you really feel that family feeling.
Brief mention for their Hospitality also, special mention to Freya and Alice who make sure myself and my wife are always taken care of.

Sales team were excellent, given this was a remote sale, they were very understanding and provided additional photo's / video's to cater for my queeries. The car was delivered on time and immaculate, Can't praise the team enough.
Main shout out to Steve Dadds and secondly to Andy Gibbs.
Fingers crossed for such a smooth operation when service is due, or warranty requirement arises!

Judged a book by its cover.
Although love ferrari from childhood and have friends and family that own ferrari vehicles. Came into showroom and was judged. They say dont judge a book by its cover, but thats what happened here. Unfortunately. My child just wanted to take a picture but the staff were very rude. We came in to choose and see which one my child would like mummy daddy to have but the staff member was so rude. When asked if can take a picture or even open anyone to see interior she was rude. When someone is wanting to purchase, they do not need to come dressed 3 piece suited and booted with Rolex on the wrist etc. Sometimes we can come with casual cultural wear and have a browse and then decide. What a shame. It was Sara or Freya. Please be mindful.
