The buying experience from Graypaul was excellent. Shout out to James Sadler who was absolutely awesome and kept me updated and informed from Day 1 of my enquiry to the day of collection. I have had good car buying experiences previously but none as good as that from Graypaul.

In the current climate of excessive regulation hoops the team overall made the process as smooth as possible and were all very accommodating while remaining professional. A special mention for Steve Dadds who led the overall process superbly of the purchase of my second Maserati.

Fantastic service, really went the extra mile to make the experience feel special. 2nd car we brought from Graypaul Maserati, will be back again for teh 3rd!

I’d lost my service book for my Maserati quattroporte and panicked that I’d devalued the car, I contacted graypaul Birmingham and spoke to customer relations manager Hayley wonton who sorted a copy out and sent me a print out of all completed services, confirming the service book, all this was done within 2 days of me contacting her, this is what I call outstanding customer service

Picked up my Maserati Grecale Modena last Tuesday, from the moment I walked into Graypaul Maserarti Birmingham and made welcome by reception (Liv) , then to the test drive with Dani Mazic (he was so knowledgeable) followed by the purchase with Dani and then also a follow up call by James I felt so at ease and felt that I had been dealing with the company for years. The car is so enjoyable to drive and again was helped on picking car up for all my needs, will be back for when service is required although Birmingham is not my closest dealerships but with the service that I have received I will not hesitate to continue using them.
