From the moment we arrived at the beautiful showroom we were met by a friendly receptionist and Paul Holmes. They made us feel most welcome.
With the help of Paul we selected the car of our choice.
There was never any pressure to buy.
Once we decided to go ahead with the sale Paul and James were so helpful assisting us with all the paper work.
Collecting the car was fun and with the help from Paul we learnt about most of how the car and its many wonderful features operate..

I recently purchased a car from this company and l can honestly say that it was the most pleasurable experience l have ever had when buying a car.
From the sales perspective, Steve was very friendly, highly knowledgeable about the cars but most of all very honest. The whole process was a smooth transition and Steve did his utmost to help and resolve any small issues.
Jo was absolutely wonderful and so kind with us all, especially with my children they still talk about her!
We even met a previous colleague who kindly remembered us from a few years before!
This company must be a great place to work for, as the staff are kind and genuinely passionate people who clearly enjoy their job.
On collection day Steve pulled out all the stops! All the small efforts seem huge to us. We were made to feel very special. The car was covered and my children enjoyed the anticipation of pulling the cover off!

Fantastic experience, although the car delivery from Italy was delayed due to manufacturing issues, the guys at Graypaul Maserati Birmingham were extremely professional in communication and updates. They did everything to ensure the process ran smoothly, once the car arrived at the dealership it was turned around quickly for delivery.

We parked next door at Porsche as that’s the car I desired . Wife does not like them so we went into Graypaul Maserati . Cars looked fab and wife loved them . We were approached by Paul Holmes who talked us through all of the attributes of the GHIBLI . He was very knowledgeable and a good bloke with no pressure applied to us to buy . We went away and returned the following Saturday when Paul organised a test drive for us . I returned on the following Tuesday and showed Paul a car I had seen on the website in Edinburgh. He checked availability and the rest is history….. now my car and I love it !!!! Paul Holmes has helped us every step of the way to now be the owners of an Italian supercar . Thanks Paul 👍👍👍
