Friendly welcome
Friendly welcome. Efficient in the workshop with video sent to me. However I thought servicing was every ,2 years when I bought this super car. It turns out because I have service plan it was set up for yearly servicing. Despite asking I am still not crystal Clear about how this all works

Flawless performance from Adam and team
The sales team made the process of selecting a new car, Got a good deal and got the car i wanted at the price i was happy to pay, The finance was simple due to the work of Jamie and colleague Lorna, Adam Gray from sales kept in contact throughout and during the handover was very easy to deal with. If you are looking for a good experience i would recommend Harrogate Audi, They made my Audi buying a complete pleasure. Well done 5*s and more. See you in 3 years for the next car.

Whole process from booking appointment to collecting the car after works completed was simple and effective. Staff were friendly, efficient and explained the whole process very clearly. Work completed, and MOT advisories clearly explained and demonstrated by the Audicam app.

Booked in for a service at Harrogate AUDI. Everything was perfect. The booking-in progress, the personal greeting on the morning, being kept up-to-date throughout the morning, and the great price. A special mention to advisor Hannah Jones, who noticed it was my birthday on the day and left me a lovely present in the car on collection. What a great team! 10 out of 10 in all areas 🤩

Sales team were really good
Sales team were really good, only issue was the car as it was left dusty and didn’t seem to have been polished or cleaned on the inside or outside even tho it was supposed to have the autoglem which should have required the car to be clean and scratch free

5 Star Experience
Well I'm into my 4th Audi car, two Q3's and now on my second Q5. I used to deal with the Audi branch at Huddersfield, and they are a 5 star operation. I was booked for a service, on arrival there was a young lady who noted we had arrived and escorted my wife and myself to the appropriate person we needed to see. We were offered a hot drink straight away by a very courteous young lady. The service was to take a couple of hours so we had a walk around the nearby retail park. When we returned to the showroom I mentioned to the young man who was looking after us, that I may be interested in buying a Q8. Within no time at all we had an excellent salesman by our sides. He was very personable and was certainly very knowledgeable on all aspects of the Q8 that we fancied. I was with my wife in which was a mistake on my part because I would now have a Q8 but she brought me back to earth, and I really love our Q5. Audi must have a wonderful Human Resources department because the personnel at Knaresborough and Huddersfield are all really excellent. I can only say they are very polite, caring and extremely efficient and caring. Yes certainly a 5 star experience.

The Audi dealership that keeps on giving!
So I have preciously written a review about how brilliant my experience has been with the purchase of my fabulous TT two weeks ago. I went to Audi Harrogate today to collect my private number plates that they had made for me. Firstly, they fitted them free of charge and secondly they gave my TT a full valet which it well and truly needed after a trip from the Fylde coast. Doesn’t get better than this. As long as Audi continue to make great cars, I won’t go anywhere else for my next Audi purchase! Krystal on reception a true star! Also regarding the negative responses regarding experiences with the service department shows lack of knowledge/experience and understanding of the issues with parts supply. Think back to what happened in 2020 before you blame those on the front line. Be grateful you don’t have a Porsche or a JLR product! Part of Audi Brand standards means that they need to operate a pre determined amount of courtesy vehicles/demonstrators ….it is in their own interests as it is a supply of nearly used vehicles in 3/6 months. A lack of understanding can be corrosive if you don’t get it! Thanks again Audi Harrogate!

Excellent Service team at Audi Harrogate
I do not usually write reviews but felt I needed to write a review about the excellent service received from the service team at Harrogate Audi. After reading a previous review posted I think the customer must have been visiting a different Audi dealership as the service received with my wives car was second to none. The team are very knowledgable honest and polite. This is not the first time I have used Harrogate Audi and the service is always exemplary. Thankyou to Austin and Grace and the whole service team for their professionalism as always.

Consistently poor customer service
Consistently poor customer service. This dealership in particular seek to blame the customer for issues with their cars, avoid warranty work and contributions.
Since covid they sold their fleet of courtesy cars to boost their bottom line, further aided by reduced costs providing such a service. As a result it's a two month wait for a courtesy car.
Our car spent almost a month sat waiting for a part (on back order due to regular failings across the VAG group) - The car was returned to us with a dinged door and chipped paint. It took them two weeks to respond addressing the damage, and told us we would have to pay half the repair.
Despite owning many Audis, this will be our last! Primarily as a result of the service provided by Harrogate Audi, which does not put the customer first, and only makes you feel that any issues with your car are of your own making.
The Service Manager who has been there for the last 13 years of my Audi ownership, whilst discussing issues we had with binding brake callipers on a new car, declared "Im no expert, so couldnt remark on the excessive & uneven wear and tear of your brakes"....
Well, if the service manager of that duration doesnt understand basic principals of a cars braking system, god help the "Technicians" that work under him, and on customers cars!
That just sums up the dealerships technical know how, and problem solving.

Hi Brad, I am sorry to read that you have had a poor experience and it is incredibly rare that we receive feedback like this. Having discussed this with our Aftersales Manager I am afraid that we can not take responsibility for damage unless you have some kind of proof that we damaged your car onsite. Our extensive CCTV has not given us anything to support such a claim. In regards to your claim about us selling our fleet of courtesy cars, I am afraid this is not true, we run the same fleet as we always have but your correct there is a lead time. I am sure you are aware that there is a global supply chain issue and as such some vehicle parts are taking much longer than they did pre-covid. This would explain the lead time with regards to your car. I am sorry that you have not enjoyed our levels of service. Many Thanks, Nick Giddings, Head of Business.

Upon discovering my desired Audi, I was promptly greeted with an introductory video of the car from David, an unexpected yet delightful touch. The cooperative effort between him and Jamie in the finance department was evident as they worked synergistically, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency throughout the entire purchasing process. Impressively, everything was arranged and finalised within just a week, and they even facilitated the car's delivery, sparing me a lengthy 10-hour drive.
