I originally booked online
I originally booked online, asked for a courtesy car as I had no option for a pick up, on the Friday before I got a call saying no car was available could I reschedule we agreed Tuesday 21st, I also asked for car to be checked specifically for brake wear as I’m booked into track days and also for bodywork as I had been told on a previous visit the car needed some repairs, these should be covered under the plan I bought with the car. I arrived 8:30am, on 21st they didn’t have my booking, to be fair they were able to find the paper work and had a car available, but it took over an hour. I had no further updates until a message the next day to say the car was ready could I come and get it, as I type a day later Ive still not had a receipt, vehicle assessment or body work report. The car was also returned dirty inside and outside. It was a major service so nearly 2k and while I appreciate the effort of the team the lack of follow up and condition of car have shaken my confidence the car will be ready for the trip I’ve planned for sometime now.

Whilst we are pleased that the team were able to accommodate you with a courtesy vehicle after discovering the issue with the booking, we appreciate the inconvenience caused by the initial rescheduling request, the confusion surrounding your appointment on arrival, and the delay you experienced before being able to continue with your day. We are also concerned to hear that you did not receive the level of communication and follow-up you quite rightly expected during and after the service. In particular, the absence of the service documentation, vehicle health check information, brake assessment, and update regarding the bodywork concerns you specifically requested is not the standard we aim to deliver. Equally, having your vehicle returned in a condition that did not meet expectations following a major service is disappointing and understandably has impacted your confidence ahead of your planned trip and track days. Please accept our sincere apologies for these shortcomings. We would welcome the opportunity to review your visit personally, ensure the outstanding reports and assessments are provided, and address any remaining concerns regarding your vehicle's readiness. If you would be willing to contact our service manager -Chris Scott directly at the Centre, Chris will be happy to investigate this matter further and work towards restoring your confidence in our service. Unexpected 911 brakes issue
issue with my 911 brakes.
Discussed options with Laura McMahon at service and also Chris Scott Service manager
they were outstanding in their support to me and came up with options for the repair
Communications were excellent and the issue resolved
A fantastic team and an OPC I will confidently be using for all future service and repairs, thank you Laura and OPC Glasgow

Quick easy and efficient
Quick easy and efficient as always, Alan was ready with the paperwork and my loan car was waiting for me.
My car was repaired and returned to me as quickly as possible.
On return of your loan car, my car was waiting for me and again Alan had everything ready for hand over, excellent service, just like I have come to expect.

Cannot fault the service
Cannot fault the service!
My car was in for a major service and I had asked for a courtesy car, the car was there cleaned and ready to go and to make it more interesting it was a brand new Macan EV , something I had been interested to try and wasn’t disappointed. Might be an ev in my future right enough.
Anyway my car wasn’t fully ready on time but I was kept up to date fully the full time and Ryan even messaged me early next morning that give me a full run down on what was going on and when the car would be ready. The only downside was the painful part of payment which can only be expected when driving a Porsche but in my opinion, you get what you pay for and my experience as first class and five star! I know my Porsche is kept in tip top condition by top mechanics and a top service team! Thanks again maybe I can get a 911 to try next time please. Have to mention Ryan for his service and up front demeanour ! No nonsense and no jargon thanks again

The sales process was great
The sales process was great. In particular Jade the sales person has been very good throughout the process and is very good at her job. However I’m not very happy with the valuation the business manager gave me for my old car. It was about £10k less than what I was finally offered by another buyer and significantly lower than your own central buyer. I felt that was unfair. The business manager also never offered me an explanation or a curtesy conversation after he found out. This could be improved but overall Glasgow as a dealership has been great over the years. The atmosphere Rika a good one.

Porsche Glasgow, super friendly team.
Porsche Glasgow are a super friendly team who can't do enough for us. Our appointed customer care person Robyn is so helpful and pleasant to talk to. It's not a five star as, through no fault of Glasgow, the part required had to come from Germany so took a couple of weeks but they kept us informed and we were happy with that. They are both professional and courteous Robyn spent time with us explaining what was done on the car and the inspection video was emailed to us to view. Cannot find fault at all with their service and customer care. Coffee is good too!

Car was booked in for the MoT. Great service. Very straightforward to book and hand the car in. They found a quiet spot for me to continue to work while I waited. Took 1 hour and no hassle. Will continue to use them for servicing.
