Excellent buying experience
I had excellent service buying my first Porsche from Dhaine Conn at Porsche Glasgow earlier this year. It took a few weeks to find the right used 718 during which time we exchanged regular WhatsApp messages regarding stock, specs and pricing. It was a seamless experience with no sales pressure, just a professional can do attitude. Two months in the car had a minor fault fixed under Porsche’s used warranty. It took one phone call to book the car in and a day to resolve. This prompt work from the Service department was appreciated too.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end
A fantastic experience from the moment we first set foot in the dealership to the grand unveiling of our new Macan. Andrew Asher was our main point of contact and couldn't have been more helpful. Far from the stereotypical salesman, Andrew was helpful, informative and most importantly, was there to help and guide us through the sale and finalising the extras we wanted. I’ve bought multiple cars from Porshe Glasgow over the last ten years and used them for service as well. I’ve always found the whole team there from sales executives to service personnel courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
My latest purchase a month ago demonstrated their commitment to excellence and was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It doesn't get better (Dhaine & Chloe)
I haven't completed a trust pilot for 2+ years, but following an incredible experience with Dhaine and Chloe at Porsche Glasgow, I felt compelled to spend a few minutes writing up my appreciation.
I have come to learn the car buying process involves some pain, and normally quite a bit of friction. This has always been the case in my car purchasing career from various brands, and both trade and private sellers.
The last couple of weeks, this has been turned on its head. The experience, clarity, communication and grace provided by the team at Porsche Glasgow was at a different level, a different class, to my prior experiences.
Dhaine managed the entire process, and kept me PROACTIVELY in the loop at every step of the way. I did not phone or email once to check in, Dhaine kept me abreast and informed or the process and options throughout.
Chloe and Dhaine project managed the car purchase from start to finish so efficiently and seamlessly, I'm worried it's given me false expectations for future purchases!
I used Glasgow following a less than optimal experience at my local Dealer in the Midlands.
Following a flight from here to Glasgow to collect the car (my preference vs Transporting it); Dhaine kindly collected me from the airport in a stunning new 911, and had me informed, ready to go and excited for the drive back soon, later that morning.
The teams hospitality and friendliness was also an absolute stand out feature vs my recent experiences elsewhere.

Always a fantastic experience going into the “big hoose” in Hillington. An excellent variety of cars on display and some of the best people you will meet in the industry. Thank you to Mr Andrew Asher for all of his dedication and efforts into making what was a quite unusual deal work for both of us. The entire transaction was very agreeable. Excellent work thank you!
Also big thanks to Russel and Martin in the service department who got me steady on the road again when I nearly had a crash in Livingston.

Great team we deal with at Porsche for several years now. Mark the manager and Harry the frontman are great people to deal with. Harry is always courteous, professional,puts you at ease and goes out of his way to try and accommodate us. He also follows up any requests from us hence we keep going back to him for our car purchases.

Bought my first Porsche, always been a dream of mine since a young boy. The first day I walked into Porsche Glasgow, I was unsure what to expect but the level of service I received was second to none. I dealt with Andrew Asher and he made sure I got the exact spec of car I was looking for. My whole experience from start to finish was superb and exceeded my expectations of purchasing my first and definitely not my last Porsche. I was absolutely delighted with the service i got from Dhane when i was looking to purchase my Porsche Cayenne. I called and spoke to him then went in 2 days later and purchased my new jeep. I was able to puck it up 6 days later. I would definitely buy from Dhaine in the future and highly recommended him to other people. 10 out of 10 for fantastic service
