Amazing turn around
David Woodhouse was outstanding in his service and professionalism. From not wanting to use Sytner Northampton to purchasing a new car in a matter of an hour or so all thanks to David and his customer service. New car or used car I recommend talking to David.

The purchase was a very pleasurable experience
The purchase of a pre-owned I-Pace was made an enjoyable experience in a relaxed environment. The sales executive was friendly and attentive throughout and dealt with our questions thoroughly. The handover of my car was made a pleasure and follow up questions were dealt with readily.

Bad service and cosequential accident following iPace recall work
My Jaguar iPace was recalled for a software update to prevent overheating whilst charging. An appointment was made to carry out the work and when I was a few hundred metres away from the dealership I was told the work could not be done due to the cloud being down!
The car was subsequently picked up by the dealership for the work and returned to my place of work. When I drove the car after the work it seemed different but I could not pinpoint what it was at the time. A few days later I arrived home in the dark and between pressing the button in the rear view mirror to shut our security gates and switching off the car it drove forward into the brick wall of my garage!
I then realised that someone had reapplied the Creep function to the car a feature which I did not like and removed one day after taking ownership of the vehicle some 3 years ago!
The impact caused the bumper to snap by the headlamp and caused several nasty scratches to the front end.
When I complained to the dealership that someone had reintroduced the Creep mode they were less than sympathetic but the service manager made an offer of £250 off my next Jaguar, which considering the damage is costing £500 to put right reusing the existing bumper is derisory.
I have been a Jaguar car driver for 30 years and always try to buy a British car (even though the iPace is Austrian!) but I can safely say that this is the last car I will purchase from Sytner Jaguar Northampton.

Exceptional service
Gary was a fantastic salesman, was in pristine attire, not in the slightest pushy to purchase the vehicle we were interested in to buy, unlike some salesmen. Very impressive show room, very friendly and professional staff, best service we've ever had when buying a new car and with no pressure sales made it a very comfortable purchase. I have always been treated kindly and…
I have always been treated kindly and professionally at Sytner Northampton by all the staff in sales and service.
I recently sold my car back to them, Lester Cann dealt with the whole process and was brilliant from start to finish, but most of all Lester chassed me up to pay me £500 which I forgot about.
Its good to know honesty still exists in todays world, thank you Lester and thank you Sytner for 7 years great service.

Very disappointed
We seem to have the same experience as all the other people who have had to give 1 star review. Bad service, not disclosing costs up front, returning the car with faults, even though we were told the car had been repaired, then retracting that statement and then telling us parts are on order but then after not hearing for 5 weeks and emails being ignored, having to make a complaint to find out no parts are on order. Also, despite them acknowledging the communication was appalling their end, then still trying to imply that we played a part in the mistakes that were made. We raised a complaint, we cannot reach a satisfactory conclusion. No details of what they are prepared to do to help us sort out the car’s faults and I think it’s become apparent it’s because Jaguar don’t know how to fix my Jaguar. And as per some of the other comments, all the focus is on coffee and not much else! I am genuinely shocked at how the most expensive garage we have had the misfortune of using, is by far the worst we have ever had used in our 20 plus years of driving. It’s put me off for life of ever buying a Jaguar, Range Rover, Land Rover. So disappointed!

Purchased a used I-Pace through Sytner
Purchased a used I-Pace through Sytner, Northampton. Overall a very pleasant experience from initial enquiry to delivery. We traveled 85 miles to view the car and Greg Bogg warned us of traffic delays in advance so we could route plan! Greg was very knowledgable and patient and carefully took us through the car I was interested in and explained the ins and outs of I-Pace ownership. Being a newbie to BEV's that took some doing!
Very smart Dealership, good choice of cars, with all staff we met friendly and welcoming.
Car was delivered with a few minor issues but Greg reacted swiftly and booked us in for resolution.
Highly recommend Greg and Sytner so far.
